ZERO STARS!!!! It's a SCAM!!! No Product sent, No one will help or get back to me, They've taken my $290 Am going to Report them.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CREEPS!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered and then saw the reviews. Asked to cancel for a refund and was given a store credit. Tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t allow it so I reordered the same again in the hopes it would arrive. Got an email saying my items (2 products) had been shipped. I requested a tracking number and was told I would receive one soon. After 4 days and multiple emails threatening to report them to the ACCC and Scamwatch if they didn’t provide proof my items were sent or a refund, I finally received a tracking number in an email that also stated only one item was on the way. Clearly it was not sent when they said it was and they only decided to send after my threats to report them. I luckily received my item but not without lots of hassling, but I’m not expecting to receive the second part of the order. I live in the same state and it’s disappointing when you try support small business!

Have NOT received my order over a month later get no reply this company appears to be a SCAM!!!!!

It took over 3 weeks to receive my hair straightener. I kept getting the same email from them ETA next week no tracking number. I would never ever order anything from them again ever. I noticed there Facebook and Instagram have the comments turned off geez I wonder why

Ordered products to the value of $200 ….which have never been recieved despite contacting the company. Very quick to take your money, and no response to any queries. Stay away from this company and save your money. Total rip off

Absolute scam - stay away! They never sent my products and lie saying they have. They are now saying that because I couldn't sent them a picture of me opening the package (which I never received in the first place!) that this is their 'evidence'. Now that I've come to leave this review in the hope this doesn't happen to others, I have seen that many people have had the same experience

clearly this company is a scam, bought an item nearly 3 months ago, they took 3 weeks to dispatch and then sent it to the wrong address, admitted their fault and said they would resend as they refused to refund me. Now are just ignoring me on all contact, never sending it again and no refund. So they’ve basically just stolen my money.

Celsius Beauty is a scam. I ordered two items and never received them. Their customer service is pathetic—no responses to my emails, or if they do reply, it’s vague with no follow-up. I had to open a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. Avoid this site at all costs.

I ordered product and had to chase them a couple of weeks later to see where it was.

Then the product arrived and it wasn't what I ordered, so I responded to them via their website and sent and email and haven't heard.

Definitely don't recommend this company

SCAM! Awful customer service - refusal to provide refunds on cancelled orders and ridiculously unhelp full - even trying to use the ‘store credit’ given in place of a refund $40 mysteriously went missing leaving me out of pocket.

Didn't send shipping information, then didn't respond to contact.

Disputed transaction with my bank.

THEN they send item.

THEN they send the "debt" to collections.

SCAM Alert!
Do not order from this company or risk being scammed. I ordered a product two months ago and have never received it. They won't provide tracking and don't respond to any emails. There is no phone number to call on their website. I sent four follow up emails over two months and received zero response (apart from auto replies). Yet they managed to have time to disagree when I disputed the payment transaction for the order with my bank. I have reported them to ACCC and hope their scamming site gets shut down. Maybe they send out some orders randomly to look like they are just useless instead of the complete scammers they are.

ordered products 29/5/24 on the basis that they had in stock the item we needed. Got several emails same day saying 'thanks for order', then, nothing. Emailed on 4/7, got what looks sus like robot replies, some banter over the next few days, they didn't have stock, offered an alternative, accepted, waited... 5/8 a reminder email sent, 6/8 they claimed it would be sent and delivered next day. Fairy story, Always at least 3 days ADL to ASP.
Meantime, I had gotten fed up and reported the matter to SA Consumer Affairs, so I don't know what if anything happened unseen, but...
IT ARRIVED YESTERDAY!!! 9/8/24

A month down the track from when I placed my order no order and no refund.
Reported them this morning, Hope they get the book thrown at them

This is a scam site, took my money never delivered a product. they have some bots that reply to the first complaint you send then they never reply again

BEWARE—Do not buy from this company. They take your money and then do not reply to emails. Phone calls to the businesses at their address in SA only go to voicemail. It is a scam and they just take your money.
