cefax.com is scam. i deposited 160$ bitcoin, after trading for 2 times, the third time they asked for widthdrawal activation of exactly 150$, after paying that in usdt, they requested AML verification of 250$, and now they are requesting $400 for only God knows what. now i have about 911$ in cefax exchange, and cannot withdraw it. they keep asking for much and higher money.

I believe with this account email you can see my funds, .... Please free my account and let me withdraw my funds... It's 911$ it's not easy to get

Not a bad experience. Support teams are very active. They helped me to exchange!

Cefax.com is SCAM Exchange. They won't let you withdraw your hard earned money after you deposit it into their exchange. They will simply lock your account for "verifying" things. They then ask you to deposit $300 to "unlock" your account. Please stay away from cefax.com

This is fake - you want to withdraw they ask for money - if you deposit they ask for more money - this is all on big scam, stay far away from this site.

I emailed to support[at]cefax.com there was no reply and there seemed to be automated responses from them to email support[at]cefax.com. There was no response from them. If they send it again on this response, I will consider it granted that they are using a bot/predefined templates for messaging.
There are many agencies which do ID verification and AML verification. They charge about $1 per person to do verification and it is your responsibility to check with Identity verification team why the message is being shown and the payment asked to deposit was about $500.
Could you confirm the agency which is responsible for doing KYC and AML verification.

Avoid cefax.com site its all a scam that i fell for. I did a deposit of BTC on this site and after a successifull spot trading i tried withdrawing my 129USDT and thats where issues begin. I contacted support on their website only to be told inorder to withdraw i need to deposit another 150USDT to unlock my withdrawals. Its all a scam avoid at all cost. I have lost 129USDT that i had deposited via BTC and did spot trading

I wish i had read the negative reviews before depositing on cefax.

I have written an email regarding the withdrawal, which I cannot make from their platform 20 days ago, of my funds and no one contacted me yet. I have reported the problem to Action Fraud and research the option to file a complaint against CEFAX to some other international organization dealing with fraud like INTERPOL.

Cefax is a confirmed scam crypto website, I watched their video on YouTube, they have a lot of agents on YouTube sharing their Scam video, just search Cefax on YouTube, you will see their Videos, so I was looking for trading opportunity and watched the video without checking their review on trustpilot and I went there site and check crypto prices and saw actual different in their Fake price and Binance, I am a trader on Binance, so it looks like a good opportunity for me then I sign up and deposited about $120 then I sold the btc to them for usdt and got $140 meanwhile when I made deposit from Binance to their site, my body told me this deposit is taking too long to arrive, I went to check their review and saw on trustpilot that they are scam then I wrote Binance to cancel the withdrew but it wasn't possible, they use those videos on YouTube shared by some guys that look legitimate but I think they are scammers too to lure people to their website according to what those videos tell us about profit, then after selling and making the profit then I tried to withdrew the money immediately they block my account and kicked me out of the site, I tried to write their fake support, they told me they have ban me, so funny, so thats their strategy, I am going to lunch a serious sponsored campaign on tweeter against them until they stop existing, I will involve FBI and all law enforcement in UK, I have my proof and Binance have some proof too, because I reported them before they eventually scammed me please if they have scammed you and you have your proof, come on my thread about them on twitter and share your experience and post the pictures, we must shut them down, its enough for their scam, I writing YouTube to take down all their Scam videos, I will continue to update this review once I got more of their new created sites, here are names of their new sites

Cefax stop deceiving yourself, you banned and blocked my account immediately my deposit enter your website, I bought USDT with my bitcoin and tried to withdrew the USDT that I bought then you cancelled my withdrawal and ban my account, I have the screen shots, I have written more than 10 emails to your fake support and you have not reply anything, why have your come here to say I should write your support when you are just scanning people, you know my bitcoin or USDT address,I have send it in email more than 10 times to you so return my exact 0.00438551 BTC hat I deposited to your site, stop trying to cover up your scam because it won't work, I have all the evidence, only that we can't upload images here, return my money simple, a lot of people reaching out to me on tweeter that you scam them with the same strategy

I was about to withdraw 126 USDT when I was asked to do AML verification with a deposit of 800 USDT. You want to verify by deposit from someone that has done KYC verification successfully. No other option is what the support keep saying

Run as fast as your legs can carry you from cefax.com. biggest scam ever. Let me narrate my story.
I opened account with them on 2nd of June 2023 and fund the account with BTC, I swapped it to USDT in other to withdraw but can't. I came the next day I tried same but still can't. I rated them here on trust pilot negatively, they chat me up acknowledging my comment here and proposed us to trade by editing my comment from negative to positive and in return will release my coin. I said they should release my coin first, then I will change the comment. On that argument, they banned my account and still banned till now. When I realized my account is banned, I quickly rushed and edited my comment and rated them positive thinking they will unbanned me, but Notting. I then created another account to have a platform for chatting them up, when I told them I'm the one, the block my massage to be posted to their chatting portal. Send them 10 emails, they will never reply back. I have all the evidence of our chatting conversation with them for which they proposed me to trade my coin to good rated and comment. I wish I could attach all of them here. I have them all screenshot.
