Goods I ordered arrived promptly. I couldn't ask for better.

Lads in the sittingbourne branch always happy to assist, knowledgeable about there products and great at sourcing materials when they dont have them in stock. Their customer service is beyond and really understand the demands of the trade.

Ordering process was straight forward. I received updates on my delivery but they stopped when my parcel reached local depot. I contacted customer service who informed me that my order was ready for collection at my local store. Staff friendly when i collected delivery.

Yes you can buy from the Screwfix and the Toolstations and you’ll join the queue for collections but with CEF you’ll get a much more personable experience. They were here long before these other outlets and I’m quite sure they will be here long after there gone

Everything I needed was available on line. Placed the order, had confirmation that the goods had arrived at the branch and collected. Couldn’t more straightforward

My first experience with on line ordering went seamlessly, even to the fact of a a personal phone call to remind me my order was in. My only grouch, why do I have to pay one quarter of my order for delivery, when logically the item should be a stock item.

Ordered on line and shop did as requested called me immediately the item arrived. Web site a little clunky but I managed to understand and complete transaction. Polite staff at Sittingbourne shop thank you.

We never received both of our orders that we expressly needed for a Saturday before noon delivery, Chloe and Lucy were very efficient in trying to get this rectified for me. Great customer service and they kept me in the loop with regard to my items, which were delivered this morning.

We had a big job on a Saturday where we were waiting for our order to arrive. Dan Clarke of CEF Sittingbourne was chasing the courier all day to see where our order was. At 4pm he was told by the courier that the order was at the depot, without this order we would have had to push the job back significantly which was far from ideal. Dan drove to the couriers depot to collect our order and arrived back to branch at gone 5pm. A massive thanks to Dan for doing this! He went above and beyond to ensure that we had this order ready for the Saturday morning.
