Red eared my item online and found it was available in my local store, went to the store and they said they didn’t have it. Went online and ordered click and collect, five minutes later got a message that it was ready to pick up, so it was in store all the time. Not happy wasting time going back and forward to the store.

Disappointed that the counter staff was…
Disappointed that the counter staff was going to send me in a 20 mile wild goose chase.
When I arrived at Redhill branch I show him the invoice. Without checking he said “That’s at Leatherhead you’ll have to go there” I said”are you sure as I definitely ordered for delivery here( Redhill). He replied yes it’s a Leatherhead order. As I turned to leave I asked him to check that my order was definitely delivered to Leatherhead. Only then did he realise that my order was ready for collection at the Redhill branch. No apology. It’s just very poor customer service. I shouldn’t have to prompt someone to do their bloody job.
