Original order went a bit pear shaped with the wrong sized cable being sent but the extra lengths that Chris at the online aftercare went to was first class with the correct cable being dispatched he same day. The team at the Bridgwater branch were also very helpful and friendly in dealing with the issue.

Overcharged for late delivery
I ordered my item paying £5.95 for next day delivery. 3 days later it hadn’t turned up. I emailed CEF asking where it was and asking them to deliver it as soon as possible, refunding me the next day delivery charge I had paid.
This was refused, and I ended up paying £5.95 for next day delivery which turned up 5 days late! Bad service.
