Very slow service
Very slow service, poor customer service store is a mess displays empty. Lots of staff but very little happening

Product went missing
Product went missing. Issue with their currier. Had to wait 5 extra days as they would not deliver it to the store on a Saturday because of that being a charged service! Product great and the guys I spoke with were helpful, guess there hands are just tied with silly policies instead of customer satisfaction being priority.

Great next day order service, counter service not so much
Great next day order service, very good range of products. Slightly strange counter service, with staff having to go back and forth to office to check the computers or do credit card transactions or to figure out if your order is ready to collect, instead of having systems and a printer on the counter as well. Otherwise very helpful and efficient.
