Received items but very small and terrible quality. Have sent an email re refund but now reading these reviews think better to just write off the experience. Do not order!!!

This is obviously a scam company. Unfortunately I haven't checked these reviews before ordering. No delivery and no answer from its support. They will steal your money- stay away.
I won't I will not give up and I will search for them until I find them.

cheep Chinese low quality staff. they don't allow you returns horrible

It took weeks to arrive, when it did it was very bad quality and a very small (dolls) size! I asked for a refund and was given a return address, I was told to send it recorded delivery, I did this at a huge expense. Many more weeks went by, no refund. Then about 2 months later the parcel came back to me saying 'noone at address'! I inquired and was told to send it again, more expense, to another address. No refund, no reply anymore!! Terrible, terrible, DO NOT BUY!!!!

I received very bad quality, and don't have opportunities sand it back and receive my money back. Scammers 100%

Wish I came here before I got over excited and purchased from these loosers.

This is an awful company if you can even call it a legitimate company. My tracking details said the items arrived before I even placed the order. I follow up for weeks with the company and they never give any details only “we’ll check and get back to you”
When they finally provided a tracking it says that the items never left China and got returned to sender. When I ask for a refund they say they need the items to be returned. I told them that the items are returned and they went back to the “we’ll check and get back to you routine”

What a horrible scam. I’m thinking of suing this company and maybe doing a class action lawsuit? It seems that they’re doing this to so many people and there needs to be justice!

PS: they also delete all my negative comments on instagram 🙄

The company is a very fantastic place it's a great service I like this place.

Une arnaque tout simplement, j’avais acheté quelques articles car j’aimais beaucoup le style original. Mal m’en a pris, car la qualité des tissus n’est pas à la hauteur, je n’avais pas de numéro pour suivre le colis et pour finir j’ai dû débourser des frais de douanes. Le service client est inefficace, incompétent et va tout faire pour vous enfumer. Fuyez ce site !

They sent me a product that looks completely different from the one shown on their website. Chased their customer service and never reply promptly with a reasonable resolution. Claimed they will do a refund but only if I will pay for the expensive international shipping fee in order to send back a faulty item that they mistakenly sent me! The item looks like a cheap piece of garment that resembled vaguely the same of what they sold. This is a complete scam so be warned if you are thinking to buy from them leeches! Would have given zero star if I could!

Commande d’une veste d’une pauvre qualité et mal taillée qui plus est, délai de livraison qui se compte en mois, on m’a fait payer des frais de douane… quelle honte, j’ai fini par retourner la veste car importable adresse en France et frais d’envoi avancés car cette fameuse EMMA m’a affirmée, confirmée et j’en passe, que tous les frais engendrés me seraient remboursés or ils ont procédé au remboursement de la veste et pas dans sa totalité, ils se cachent derrière cette EMMA, ils se font de l’argent en volant celui des autres c’est honteux je trouve ça répugnant ! Je vais les signaler de partout je vais tout faire pour que leur marque et leurs vols cessent !

Delivered product was not by design nor by quality even close to the image that they're selling online. Bad textile and too big of a price for cheap textile they use and the products look nothing like images online. 100% not recommended.

Le site de CEDELAR est une pure arnarque!
J'ai acheté 3 articles qui se sont avérés être de très mauvaise qualité, très différents des photos montrées sur le site. Le tissu est pareil à du chiffon, alors que les prix sont quand même très élevés.
J'ai donc demandé à retourner les articles. Emma, attachée au Service Client, m' a communiqué une adresse de retour erronée, si bien que le paquet m'est revenu. Impossible d'obtenir une autre adresse malgré mes demandes.
Ensuite, ils m'ont demandé de patienter encore et m'ont promis de me rembourser, me faisant patienter d'une semaine à l'autre... Cela dure depuis le mois d'octobre dernier et, bien évidemment, je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement. Et, depuis quelques semaines ils ne répondent plus à mes courriels, faisant le mort...De tels procédés sont écœurants, cela s'appelle du vol !

I ordered from them. One month later I didn't get any tracking information so I started sending messages. First they said there was a delay because "a part was missing" to which I asked for timeline. Then they stopped responding. When I asked for a refund they sent tracking info. When I checked it was to a DIFFERENT COUNTRY then they went silent again. Till today no order no information

E' una truffa.
La società si dichiara francese ma i prodotti vengono dalla Cina e sono di qualità imbarazzante. Oltre a non avvisare minimamente sui costi doganali (di cui diventi consapevole solo una volta che il prodotto ti è stato consegnato - la società si spaccia per francese per cui ovviamente chi compra non può immaginare che ci siano costi doganali da sostenere, pensando che si tratti di un acquisto all'interno dell'UE dove non ci sono barriere doganali. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno detto di andare a ritirarlo e che mi avrebbero rimborsata, per poi sparire).
A me è arrivato un vestito con dei segni di penna accanto ad ogni bottone, completamente rovinato e pagato 80€ (perché preso in promozione, il prezzo originale era intorno ai 100€). Alle mie lamentele e vari solleciti hanno smesso di rispondere e sono spariti.
Segnalerò la società ad AGCM e polizia postale (questo per bloccare la loro attività a beneficio di tutti senza ottenere soldi indietro), e sto ragionando se agire per il risarcimento del danno (in sede civile, ossia per avere indietro i miei soldi), se ci sono persone interessate a segnalare all'AGCM o ad una class action (civile, per il risarcimento) scrivetemi - più segnalazioni inviamo e più è probabile che l'AGCM si attivi
