This is an awful site, really quick to take your money, significantly less eager to post, then let me know one month after the purchase it was out of stock

The article was in stock, suddenly it's not and they cannot provide an answer to its availability, saying they have to "check with their supplier". They have stopped answering e-mails asking about updates on the matter. More than a month has passed since the order and they haven't really provided any information whatsoever other than what stated above. Avoid at all costs, there are way better online retailers out there.

Am 08.01. betsellt und heute am 11.01. geliefert.
Besser geht es nicht.
Weiß nicht, was die anderen Nörgler auszusetzen haben.

Une étoile c’est déjà trop pour une entreprise qui n’arrive jamais à fournir une commande complète malgré la disponibilité de l’article sur leur site. Des délais de livraisons totalement obsolètes, des articles en retard depuis bientôt une année. Comparer à la concurrence ils sont à la traîne.

I pre-ordered the Collector's edition of Cyberpunk 2077 in July 2019 fro CeDe.ch (more than a year ago).

The order was confirmed. I was even asked to provide documents to confirm that I am 18+!

Then, less than a month prior to the release, I get a cryptic email stating that my order is in status "unavailable". No details, no explanation.

I write an email to customer service, they reply that their supplier indicated that this item is no longer available. Which is not my problem and really destroys my plans.

I trusted CeDe.ch and ordered a rare Collector's edition of Cyberpunk 2077. Now that it is less than a month till the release, they simply cancel my order just like that. I am unable to buy it from some other store since the English version is sold out. Please learn from my mistakes and stay away.

Cela fait de nombreuses années que je commande sur Cede et je n'ai globalement jamais eu de mauvaises expériences. Les articles sont toujours arrivés en bon état et dans les délais, la plupart du temps.

Le seul point noir concerne le traitement des commandes pour des articles moins courants (parfois plus en stock sur les sites originaux). Ils sont indiqués "en retard" pendant plusieurs semaines, jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un vous prévienne qu'ils sont indisponibles. On m'a cependant proposé de faire une recherche en externe pour ces produits en précisant que le prix serait plus élevé (ce qui me paraît logique puisqu'ils passeraient pas un autre fournisseur). Les personnes de contact ont été courtoises et les réponses très rapides, comme indiqué (2 jours), et il n'y a aucune obligation d'achat une fois qu'on a pris connaissances de l'offre. De plus, j'ai pu sans soucis annuler une commande "en retard" que j'avais finalement acheté ailleurs.

C'est donc un site que je recommande sans hésitation pour les produits courants ou relativement récents. Pour des recherches plus pointues, il faut s'attendre à du retard, mais j'ai généralement reçu le produit au final, alors c'est quitte ou double.
Je précise que j'ai toujours commandé sur facture, alors je ne sais pas ce qu'il en est pour d'éventuels remboursements.

Breites Sortiment, schnelle Lieferung, saubere Rechnungsstellung - ich bestelle schon seit vielen Jahren bei cede.ch und bin sehr zufrieden!

Contra:
- Zollbehandlung nicht transparent im Shop ausgeschildert, weder auf Produktseite noch im abschließenden Kaufvorgang (Websiteupdate dringend notwendig!)
- Lange Lieferzeiten
- Nicht klare Kennzeichnung das es ein Shop aus der Schweiz ist! (CeDe.de und nicht CeDe.ch, Erkennung nur über Impressum!)
- Artikel unzureichend verpackt, beschädigt.
- Artikel werden zu teuer verkauft (Empfehlung: Shops in Österreich sind teils deutlich günstiger)
- Schlechte Kundenbetreuung

Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder. Von dubiosen Firmen die ihre Kaufvertragsbedingungen nicht wirklich transparent gestalten lasse ich die Finger!

Nachdem mir bei der Bestellung ich glaube 4 Tage oder so vor dem Veröffentlichungsdatum des Games Ghost of Tsushima versichert wurde dass es am Releastag bei mir sein wird, wurde weder meine Email noch mein Anruf beantwortet als ich nachfragen wollte warum das Spiel noch nicht geliefert wurde, immernoch keinerlei Antwort und ich sitze da habe im voraus bezahlt während jeder das neue Spiel zockt, lustig danke cede.ch wirklich der schlechteste online laden und ich habe mir schon PS network cards aus Indonesien bestellt auf Seiten wo man nicht mal aussprechen kann, selbst dort gibt es einen Support der hilft wen was nicht klappt oder Geld retourniert. Dieser cede shop ist eine einzige Schande.

Habe ein PS4 Game zu einem super Preis bestellt und bereits am anderen Tag erhalten. Das ist ein schneller und toller Service. Bin rundum zufrieden.

I ordered some DVDs, but after a week passed and having heard nothing, I emailed them, only for them to reply saying they didn’t have the DVDs and had no idea when they’d have them in stock. I cancelled my order and bought from elsewhere.

Ordering regularly on their site since they opened back in the day. Good service and a large selection for music/movie fans.

Ich habe 2 Star Wars Figuren von Bandai bestellt. Laut CeDe würden diese nach 1-2 Wochen bei mir ankommen. Nach 2 Wochen habe ich nachgefragt und musste diese leider danach stornieren da der Shop diese nicht in dieser Zeit nachliefern kann.
Jedoch war der Support sehr freundlich deshalb einen Stern extra.

Tshirt kam erst ein halbes Jahr später aber ist sogar das falsche Tshirt in der falschen Grösse

Attention; I bought a travel adapter on cede.ch which did not meet my expectations (too big, too heavy).

After sending it back I was informed that it is not possible to return it.

I am aware that in Switzerland there is no right to return but most vendors accept it anyway out of goodwill. Not dede.ch.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Und bekam sehr schnell einen Antwort!

Bestellung kein Problem,Film wurde am 17.9. versendet bis heute nichts da.email Anfragen bisher keine Antworten.ob da Mal Ersatzlieferung kommt...das geht alles besser!!!!
