I have faced an issue with the online activation of MS Office product and I contacted the online support. I described the error and immediately an agent proposed a solution. I followed the steps in order to send some information to the agent and gave me back guidelines in order to activate the product. The whole procedure took about 5 minutes max and it worked!

I bought activation keys for Windows 10 Pro and Office 2019. The activation went fine but after 2 years, Windows and Office stopped working. They refuse to provide a solution or new keys.
