My experience has been an absolute…

My experience has been an absolute positive on. My rep Khai has taken care of me from the start of the request for information all the way after the order has been placed. He follows up to make sure everything is working well and the customer is happy. Should there be an issue Khai is on top of it.

I am quite happy to work with Khai and CDI. What a great team !!!!

Highly Recommend

Highly Recommend- We have done business with CDI for well over 10 years and they never disappoint. Their refurbished devices are always clean and operate as new. Rarely do we have a problem, but when we do, their customer service is quick to get us taken care of.

CDI Computers is my go to for all of our end device needs.

Great Job

Nick with CDI did a great job with our technology order. He responded quickly and even had his coworkers check in with us while he was on vacation.

CDI lets us do more for less $$

I have been purchasing from CDI for over a decade as they are the sole supplier of computer hardware for my online radio station: Squirrel FM. We run everything on either off-lease desktops (our studio automation systems) or on refurbished Dell laptops (our remote on location systems) that we have purchased through CDI. We couldn't afford to do what we do if we were paying retail.

5 year CDI Satisfied Customer

We have been working with CDI for over 5 years now. Initially, I was skeptical and concerned that they would not provide the 5 years of support that we purchased. I am pleased to report that they have lived up to the terms of our agreement and the best part is that the sales contact we worked with 5 years ago is still our main point of contact in sales and support. Alex is very responsive and takes good care of us. I have no reservations in continuing business with CDI.

TOO LONG TO RECEIVE

I placed an order for a server with Gurdeep Kohli and it took 22 days to get it delivered. Totally unacceptable and will never order from CDI again.
