CCTV Direct Leeds, Fantastic company to deal with. Called me back as promised within 5 min. Listened to my problem and resolved straight away.

I had a technical issue when installing a new hard drive to an NVR. The passwords on the cameras somehow reset and then differed from the NVR password so only half of them were working. I called CCTV Direct Tech Support who logged in to the NVR remotely and remedied the issue in minutes. Both I and my customer were over the moon with the help and support provided in such a timely fashion.

She really goes out of her way to make sure I have everything I need for my Ajax installation jobs, and honestly, it makes a huge difference. She’s always so patient, helpful, and makes the whole process much easier. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring about making sure you’re sorted. Whenever I’ve had any issues, Millie always makes everything really simple and stress-free. Recently, I needed Ajax SIM cards for my Ajax takeover jobs and she managed to get me some, thanks so much, Millie!

Best cctv company around, always going that extra mile to help the engineers, Dan was an absolute legend today helping us out with a job which in hindsight we shouldn’t have taken on.
