I had smoked for about 13 years and had tried to quit multiple times with chantix, patches, gum, cold turkey, and self help books, and was skeptical but hopeful for trying the CBQ method. It was life changing. I just had my 4 year anniversary from being smoke free and before I even remembered it was my anniversary, I was grocery shopping and smelled smoke on someone. I didn’t have a craving and just stood there for a minute so happy. I honestly don’t think I would’ve/could’ve quit if it wasn’t for the CBQ method.

Quitting without all the pain…

Dear Nasia and her CBQ method helped me quit smoking two years ago. The way the course is structured is incredibly effective and thoughtfully designed. Part of the program begins around 10–11 days before your final cigarette, where you log each cigarette you smoke and track what’s happening internally.

Through this process, I gained real awareness of how my mind was working (and had been working) while I was smoking. That insight alone was powerful, and combined with the structured support, it made the program deeply effective and lasting.

Even now, two years on, the positive impact remains because of the work we did in the lead-up. It truly helped me understand addiction from the inside out, without judgment, and with compassion. Another extraordinary thing is which is unexpected; I don’t have any negative views about people and cigarettes. Clearly, I don’t love the smell because all I smell now is something toxic and given a choice I won’t stay around it for longer than it politely required if at all.. I’m very neutral about being around it so I don’t sound or act like an ex smoker! .Thanks again . I highly recommend this…It’s quitting without all the pain.

CBQ Method works

CBQ Method works.

I quit 2 years ago. CBQ helped a lot by rewiring my thinking and attitude towards the habit of smoking. From the start, it made perfect sense from a psychological point of view to me and I gave it a try. Never regretted it, because I really succeeded.

4 years yesterday that I finally quit…

4 years yesterday that I finally quit the demon cigarettes. I'd tried just about everything, but the CBQ program really made a difference in how I viewed smoking. With the advice from the program, I stopped and are much healthier and also MUCH richer!!

The CBQ programme has helped me to become a happy nonsmoker…

The CBQ programme has helped me to become a happy nonsmoker in so many ways. It really opened my eyes about the insidious way that nicotine controls me physically and mentally. I knew it was controlling my life, but I had no idea as to the extent of it.

Every exercise made me dig a little deeper into my thinking. Every exercise helped me to reframe my thinking and shift my focus. I had ‘given up’ twice before but even the phrase ‘given up’ means you see it as a loss. Needless to say, I went back to smoking. This time I feel really positive because I see it as a gain – gaining control of my mind and body, gaining my true self.

Nasia’s enthusiastic approach and confident way of talking to us was so inspirational. I love the way she talks in the videos.

Number one tip for choosing freedom from nicotine is seeing it as a lying, manipulative, evil thing with no benefits. No way I’m letting that control my life again!

3 years!!

3 years!!! Thank you again to CBQ!! I don’t even think about smoking. In fact I didn’t even remember the date until I got an email from this program. This program works and it is worth it! I was a smoker for many years and it was with the support and steps of the CBQ Method that finally helped me quit for good.

For all of you struggling I promise you can do this!!!

CBQ Method really works.

Nasia and her team are very inspiring especially when you read the stories of people who have smoked 50 plus years. I have only vaped for 5 so if they can do it why can’t I? It really is true I just watched all the videos I could and was able to quit with no cravings or sense of lack. I just used my mind and concentrated on gratitude and breathing fresh air again sealed the deal. It’s been several weeks and sometimes I forget I ever vaped. Give it a try, believe you will succeed.

I had been smoking for 30 years


I had been smoking for 30 years, I finally quit in December 2021. What made the difference for me was learning that quitting isn’t about willpower… it’s about changing the way you think.The CBQ method by Nasia Davos completely shifted my perspective. Once those thoughts collapsed, the addiction lost its grip. I didn’t “white-knuckle” my way through quitting… I saw through the illusion. That’s why it stuck.
Instead of feeling like I was giving something up, I felt clear and free. This approach addresses the root of the addiction… the thoughts behind it,and that made all the difference. If you’ve tried to quit before using willpower alone and felt like you failed, this method is truly worth exploring.

I joined the CBQ Food Freedom Program…

I joined the CBQ Food Freedom Program to lose 30 pounds and overcome unhealthy eating habits, especially emotional eating. Having already quit a 56-year smoking addiction through Nasia’s CBQ Method on May 27, 2023, I trusted her programs completely. The Food Freedom Program isn’t about diets or restrictions; it’s about tuning into our body’s cues, understanding our eating habits, and learning what “real food” is. The weekly experiments helped me lose weight without feeling deprived, and transform my relationship with food and myself by making me more aware of my thoughts and behaviors. I valued the support of the Facebook group, the immediate responses from Nasia, and the lifetime access to lessons. What surprised me most was how deeply each week’s lessons changed me—emotionally, psychologically, and behaviorally. This journey went far beyond changing my relationship with food. It gave me confidence to face other challenges, and now I feel empowered, at peace, and in control of my life and my choices. The CBQ Food Freedom Program is truly worth taking if you want to transform your relationship with food and yourself. I am deeply grateful to Nasia and her programs.

The CBQ Method is the real deal

The CBQ method helped me finally quit smoking after innumerable attempts to quit over a period of decades, and I've been smoke free and nicotine free for three years now.

There were many ways that the program helped me - some, I'm sure, at a subconscious level - but for me the power of the program was to teach that life as a non smoker is much better than life as a smoker in a way that my mind could fully believe, and could fully support me, in the face of nicotine cravings.

Aside from teaching me various tactics for dealing with the part of the mind that felt that it needed nicotine, the method discussed useful ways of self motivation and problem solving that are helpful in all kinds of situations.

Aside from the many instructive videos, there were people who I could ask for support, and who really provided invaluable help.

At this point, I'm able to compare life with and without cigarettes, and I can assure any smoker that life is much much better without nicotine, and I believe that the CBQ Method is The Exit or An Exit for anyone addicted to nicotine in whatever form.

If you are a smoker who wants to quit, the CBQ Method is the best and healthiest and happiest way to do it!

After many years of smoking cigarettes—and after trying and failing every possible method to quit smoking that was out there—I happened upon the CBQ Method. I watched a free, live discussion on YouTube by the creator of the CBQ Method, Nasia Davos, who explained how the CBQ program works and why it has such a high success rate. She also read to us testimonials from successful CBQ members (written in their own words, and showing photos of their big smiles and their CBQ Method certificates of completion). These past members had all quit smoking using CBQ, and years later, they remained “happy non-smokers”! I signed up for the CBQ Program right there and then.

Given my background as a physician, I understood exactly why the CBQ Method for quitting smoking and vaping had such a high rate of success...and I felt certain that this approach would work for me. The CBQ Method is based on a psychological practice called cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is used all over the world by psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors and therapists, who guide their patients (it’s of utmost importance that patients actively participate), in order to resolve any problem and/or attain any positive goal. CBT has a simple premise: first, you set a goal. Then you use a wide variety of techniques and exercises to “re-train your brain” so that with repetition and deeper personal insight and greater understanding of yourself, your brain starts to re-train itself to align your thoughts and beliefs with the goal you set. So once you’ve mastered this “brain re-training” (this is the “cognitive” part of cognitive-behavioral therapy), you begin to use your newly-acquired knowledge and understanding of yourself in order to attain your goal, by changing your “behaviors” (aka CBT). Makes sense, right?

The CBQ Method DID work for me! I am thrilled to report that upon embracing the CBQ Method and putting all my energy and effort into the daily exercises, utilizing the resources made available to me, and attending the weekly LIVE Q&A Zoom calls with Nasia, I have now been a happy non-smoker since 1 July…nearly 5 months of freedom from nicotine! I really don’t miss it at all. Not even when I’m around others who are smoking.

The CBQ Method of quitting smoking has won so many awards because it truly works! Not only that, but what you learn in the CBQ program can be applied in many other situations, too, in your life. I will be forever grateful to Nasia Davos for creating the CBQ program, for her continued commitment to improving the content, for doing her best to make the CBQ Method for quitting smoking program more accessible to everyone who wants to quit…and for her personal encouragement and support. CBQ has the top 5 star ranking across…

CBQ is a top 5 star program in success rates in stopping smoking! I like many other smokers have unsuccessfully tried many other programs. This is a very complete, comprehensive and personalized program. I quit 75 days ago and have saved(not wasted) $750 on cigarettes that were slowly killing me and shortening my life. I had tried everything to quit

I had tried everything to quit. Chantix, replacement therapy. Nothing worked for me. I actually did a Google search, " how do you quit smoking when you have tried everything". The CBQ Program came up. There was a free webinar offer. I attended the webinar and what really grabbed my attention is when Nasia says that 84% of people who go through her program quit using nicotine. I was pessimistic l. I didn't signed up for the program at that time. Nasia was very persistent though and I joined. I was still very pessimistic. I followed the program day by day. I actually enjoyed and looked forward to the next days lesson. I smoked the whole time. On day 10, my quit day, I smoked a pack and then quit. On day 11, I realized that I had wanted to quit for a very long time. I haven't looked back. That was December 3,2024. I coming up on a year of being a non smoker. I tell anyone who will listen about Nasia and CBQ. I comment on other quit smoking sites about it. The program works if you have made the decision to quit.

The CBQ quit smoking program helped me quit smoking when I had given up hope. I followed every step as if my life depended on it, because it did. By the end of the program, I quit smoking, and to this day, I don’t miss it. The program, the support team, and Nasia are exceptional and I believe this program will work for anyone who follows it. The only program that worked for me.

The CBQ Program is the only program that worked for me. It’s science-based and includes specific exercises over 12 days, and that’s exactly why it worked for me. The live calls were an incredible help and I was able to ask questions and connect with other members. After decades of smoking, I have no desire to smoke. I highly recommend this program to anyone who truly wants to quit.

It's not cheap so read their policy carefully

It didnt work for me and I did every exercise twice. Frankly, it put so much emphasis on journals and keeping track of cigarettes, reason for lighting one, emotions, etc., that I became super focused on smoking. They honored their refund policy without any hassles and for that I was very grateful because I didn't have $600 to lose.
