I ordered a pair of vehicle badges the picture in the add clearly shows 2 but I only received 1 the customer service agent gave me the runaround when I mentioned a return and ultimately agreed but wants to charge me for the initial "free" shipping and return shipping wich would be more than the original price of the item

I had an issue with my order but I contacted the company and they were so professional. They sent me a replacement with no questions I just sent them a Pic of the issue. Very nice to find a company that stands by their product.

Did not notice that it was only 1 sign when I ordered. Little disappointed that it wasn't clear.why would I buy a sign for my truck for only 1 side..

The emblem came with some assembly required... the letters had to be put onto the background... sounds simple, but unless they are placed exactly in the correct position, the result looks fake and unprofessional. It takes magnification and a very steady hand to do it. A "heads up" warning is needed. Once assembled, it looks great on my car.
