Always good service when ordering. However, there was a delay in receiving my order. I didn't mark my experience down as this may have been due to the postal strikes. Loving the new product too.

Hello Shaun. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review but we feel it’s completely unfair. We are an independent business and get very good reviews as you can read. We are not in the business of scamming customers. It’s Xmas and we are in the midst of a pandemic. There are incredible delays in royal mails system with parcels all around the UK taking a long time to reach their destinations. We have also highlighted this fact at the top of our website so that customers are aware of potential delays. Unfortunately we have no control over this. We hope your order arrives soon to you. And we hope that when it does you will consider changing your review. If there’s anything we can assist with at all please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Thank you for your great review and kind words. And thank you for your understanding in regards to delayed post. It's unfortunate that due to the current situation and Xmas post, Royal Mail seem to be severely delayed throughout the country. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and wish you well for the future.

Very happy with products and services.
I was given some good advice via the chat and they responded to my queries promptly.
My fav product was definitely the Naturecan Chocolate spread and the mange lip balm. The chocolate spread I would say is better value for money. Will be buying that again.
