Always good service when ordering. However, there was a delay in receiving my order. I didn't mark my experience down as this may have been due to the postal strikes. Loving the new product too.

The mango cheese is really nice tasting…

The mango cheese is really nice tasting (after a few days curing in the jar this time) sometimes better than other times but have been a bit disappointed with the amount of seeds in the last two mango cheeses kinda taken the enjoyment out of rolling one can’t fluff the buds up in the grinder cos I’m picking them apart to make sure there is no seed and then maybe 1/5 you probably still end up with a bit of seed I can taste it..little bit disappointed will keep buying from this company as I do like their buds and they have been great customer service even rectified a big problem on my first order to the extent I knew they appreciate every customer because it was a sticky situation but somehow they appeased me!

hopefully there can be slight improvements in future and I do have faith that they will surpass themselves again because I was one happy customer before just a minor couple hiccups I think 👍🏽

Shouts to Neil kind regards

Hi Reece, we appreciate you taking the time to write a review, but we feel that in this instance we needed to address your concerns as you have given us a 1 star rating. We do understand your frustration when an order placed online doesn't arrive as quickly as you'd like it to, and we understand that a member of our team has been in contact with you regarding this and explained that your order was dispatched the same day you placed it, but due to the current COVID-19 situation we cannot guarantee the speed in which your order reaches you as this is down to Royal Mail and they are under immense pressure at this time. We have a notice on our website page under Shipping Terms stating that orders may take longer than usual, so we'd be grateful for your patience in this situation, and we would look forward to future order from you.
