They have cleared all my confusion after speaking to me. I know the refund process for that item which you bought under offer like buy 1 get 2 free are a little bit complex. But one thing I noticed is they don't compromise with the quality. I have bought a few items for my family and they were quite high standard qualities including Banarasee Saree. Ideally, I should have given them five stars for their products and I am deducting one star only because of the complexity of the refund process for those items under offer. Thanks for the call clarifying the refund process.

I would to share feedback about Cbazaar‘s delivery and order processing as this is one of the most worst experience I ever had with such company, I placed the order around 21Sep under their commitment of delivery between 20-27 th OCT, post the order placement I had to chase them when the shipment will happen as I can see for few week status was just waiting for shipment , then when the message came with Shipment ( India to Germany) details , it seems that ideas done via a general shipment with company like Arihant , the took few days to delivery from Surat to Mumbai and then the posted that it’s been with DPD with thier shipment no. Now the annoying part is that DPD shows some other company name EELS GMBH , having the consignment since 25th October and doing nothing , when raise ticket with Cbazaar they simply my don’t care s they mentioned that had send the order . Really frustrating!!

In response to cbazaar below. .. I'm only quoting your email that advised me that there was going to be a delay. If I could I would attache the email to this review.
Telling me you've been in the business for 18 years is of no real help when I'm reviewing, based on the service I was given
Now, The outfit has arrived, however the pants part of the suit doesn't really look like the picture on the website, and is a really awful fit (just really baggy) ... I'll change my review from 1 to 3 ... as I did eventually receive the order, but it's really not what was pictured and advertised on your website.

Really disappointed, I placed my order on August 5th, chased the order twice, to be told that the order would be delivered by the 10th (as specified on the product when I ordered). Its now the 10th, no delivery so I chased. Received an email, stating that the order won't arrive till the 21st, and my enquiry closed.
How ridiculous, I only ordered because it would have been delivered before an occasion, which I needed it for...if its being delivered late I no longer need.
Poor communication, none existent product!!
