I had an amazing shopping experience at Cbazaar. I have been shopping at their website for quite some time now and it is always a pleasure.

Even though I had previously ordered from Cbazaar (couple of years ago) I became sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews posted here after placing my order.
Apart from some delayed responses to queries about the order not being dispatched on time- I am overjoyed at the products that arrived- and on time! The fit is perfect where I had asked for tailoring based on my measurements and the outfits are simply stunning. My only very small gripe is that the colour of the outfits were blue (with tinges of grey) but not grey as described on the website- having said that it is difficult to convey colours/shade especially on a screen.
So well done Cbazaar- I am looking forward to my nephews wedding and showing off :)

Beautiful dress!

The lehenga came out amazing! The top had a little weird stitching for the parts near the strap of the dress, and it ended up being to big for me, so we had to alter it a little bit. I'm not sure if that was due to me giving wrong measurements though, or if it was on their part, but it was perfect and came a whole week earlier than it was supposed to come, so that was even better!! Thank you so much!

Absolutely horrible company, i ordered from them ONCE 5 years ago and have tried to unsubscribe to their emails ever since and just not able to. There's no option to even delete your account, which i'm sure is illegal. I've email the privacy officer and received no reply. How is this legal?????????

I guess I am basically being called a liar. I ordered a salwar and gave my measurements to make sure it would fit. It is much too small and though I sent them pictures of the tape measure on the article, they are telling me they are fine and i should 'stretch' the fabric so that it will be larger measurements! There is no stretch to this fabric. For bust measurement they want you to measure right under the arms - who has a bust that starts up there? The measurement there is correct but then rather than stay that measurement the measurements below are smaller - no way I can wear this and there is only a 1/2 inch seam allowance so I'm stuck.....The outfit itself is beautiful and I'm very disappointed that I won't be able to wear not to mention not get a refund or exchange. Terrible service! Very sad as their products are lovely. Guess 'custom' means ordering two sizes bigger than you need.

We are extremely happy with our orders. Cbazaar delivers high quality products. We are happy that we found this avenue to order online during the pandemic and we are not dissappointed at all.

The product is as per picture provided, also, the stitched blouse was as per requirements My only problem was ot knowing how to change the currency of purchase. I sent an email and reply received helped me conclude my purchase.

the dress was amazing and beautiful and fit perfectly just how i wanted it to. the dupatta is too big though, not a fan of that.

I ordered a saree from Cbazaar and the quality is good however they didn't stitch the blouse to my size. It is too small and when I contacted them, they expected me to ship it back to India or their store in New Jersey and pay for alterations costs out of my own pocket. They are only offering store credit for the price of alterations only. I don't see how that is useful when I have to pay for everything else with my own money. Quality of saree is good but quality of customer service is bad.

Received order within 3 weeks. The quality of the material was excellent. I am very satisfied with my order.

My order arrived a bit late however i was informed very frequently also they had a very quick response to my questions. i have so request which the calmly approved. i would recommend this shop.

My outfit just arrived. Everything is so perfect. The colour is exactly the same as expected. The fit is perfect. And it arrived just in time. It took few days longer than expected, but it was worth every moment, and every penny.
I had to email the admin team to get my tracking details, and there service was fast and efficient.
