Watermelon, jesus christ is that absolutely disgusting! I would revisit your recipe on that one!

Although the time taken to respond to my contact was lengthy, the outcome was worthy of high praise. Treating me in such a way that by far exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful and will continue to purchase your products.

I usually love Cawston Press apple juices, and their sparkling ones, like super delish, feels like biting the best crispy apple. So when I tried the watermelon sparkling water I had my hopes super up and it literally tastes like garbage. it tastes like leaves or like something bad idk horrible taste. I was expecting fresh watermelon but ew no.

While I love your Rhubarb and Elderflower drinks I just want to say that your Watermelon sparkling water is truly horrible! Is there garlic in there? I drink a lot of Dash water so am used to the concept of flavoured water...I wasn't expecting it to be sweet like your other drinks but it really tastes unpleasant. The 3 stars are because this is the only product of yours I don't like...but I would give the Watermelon Sparkling Water 1 star if I could.

Generally love Cawston Press drinks but the new watermelon flavour is really not nice at all. Very disappointed.

If there was a 0 star option, I would choose it. I ordered on 3rd June - no sign of delivery. No way to contact them. No response via Google Review or Instagram. No phone number or customer service email address. What in the ACTUAL world is this?! Horiffic experience. Refund me immediately!!!

I bought six packs of their fizzy apple drink to find they there has been a mix up in the manufacturing process and they are all filled with rhubarb. tried to reach out to the company but no reply. Other people have also tried to speak with them over social media and e-mail and they just don't respond. I've been drinking this stuff for years and usually it's a quality product but after being let down like this and no communication from the company I think I won't bother anymore. They've lost my trust.

I buy their Beetroot juice and am curious as to why their lids are so flimsy, when it is quite an expensive product?

I'm going to switch to a new brand 'cos of it. A lid literally snapped off on me the other day! Broke totally off the carton.

Never had that once with Tesco or Morrisons own coconut milk in YEARS. And they only cost £1.30 a carton. This is over £3 a carton.

Now I see why others on Trustpilot give Cawston 1 star for packaging. Clearly profit is more important than function...

The rating is made up of 5 stars for the product and 1 star for the packaging. I buy tomato juice and beetroot juice in bulk as it is cheaper and I love both of them. The screw top opener on the other hand is woeful. I would estimate that 1 in 10 of the cartons leaks once opened and I have had to clear up numerous messes when shaking the carton before use.

What a breath of fresh air, finally a company producing a really refreshing natural product without the added sugar or sweetners.
Like so many, I have a serious intolerance to Aspartame & Asulfame-K which are used so much now and its difficult to find a good natural drink. So pleased I've found your product, keep up the good work and lets see some refreshing new flavours added too.

I ordered some watermelon sparkling water online 2 weeks ago and haven't yet received it. I've tried to contact Cawston Press several times via email and on social media to no avail. I understand that it's not technically their fault as Evri lost the parcel but Evri keeping telling me that the sender needs to contact them to get it sorted. I have now raised a dispute with my Cawston Press via my bank for a refund as neither them nor Evri have responded.

It should be in BOLD as an ingredient in your product as an allergic inducing substances. Some people are:

ALLERGIC and INTOLERANT to this substance as I am.

IT IS CLASSIFIED AS A TOXIC SUBSTANCE after all.

I am sure trading standards should be looking in to this that ,I was make quite ill by this being included in the new formula.

Great tomato juice but abysmal packaging. The ne closure is quite impossible to open and the whole thing ended up coming away from the packaging, so we will need to be super careful as we finish the juice to avoid getting tomato juice all over the kitchen and our clothes.

Brilliant juice, however, compared with supermarket alternatives.

The juice is fine l bought 12 online Amazon after trying James White which was more expensive but so much easier to open and screw back on. Cawston one is absolutely terrible and so difficult so won’t buy again until they change the top

A second tin can has ruptured - the tins are now so thin. This one leaked inside my vintage Mulberry barrel bag. Furious doesn’t even cover it.
Very single thing was covered. Including leaking into the two Epi Pens which I have to carry with me at all times.
Needless to say I can not contact anyone as their email system isn’t working!

Cawston Press offers fantastic products, especially their ginger beer. A recent issue with my order was promptly addressed by their helpful customer service team, who resolved it efficiently. Delivery was quick, though packaging could use improvement to avoid damage. Despite minor issues, I remain happy with their service and look forward to ordering again. 4 stars!

Cawston Press delivers decent customer service and their ginger beer is excellent. However, there have been a few hiccups with packaging and delivery. Some orders were incorrect or arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. Although customer service is responsive and quick to rectify mistakes, there's room for improvement in how orders are packed and reducing plastic use. Overall, the experience is mixed, but I'll keep ordering in hopes that these issues are addressed.
