Car failed MOT on shocks

Car failed MOT on shocks. Able to sort repair same day. Receptionist offered to stay late so I could still take my daughter to her school friends party and then pick up the car. Very kind. However not charged the price offered for the MOT which I only noticed when reviewing invoice later.

The service was ok although very…

The service was ok although very expensive. Did not notify me when car was completed. I had to do the chasing.

Very helpful

Very helpful, have purchased 2 cars from Cawdor Group up to now and have also used their Servicing Department since moving to the area in 2014. Their customer service has been excellent.

Princess Cerys of Cawdor Carmarthen.

Carmarthen Cawdor took the time to get to the root of the problem with my car. Llanelli on the other hand didnt. I feel as I have developed a relationship with Cerys now and she is a real asset to the Cawdor Group. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Diolch yn fawr Cerys xxx

Highly recommended

Very thorough, professional and helpful.
I am very pleased with my Outlander; great all purpose vehicle.
The Cawdor group arranged for collection of my vehicle as the nearest garage is over 50 miles away and I found it more convenient this way rather than give up a day to have it serviced.
