I love the product BUT....
I love the product, but I purchased 2 bottles & only one will open. Really not pleased about this. I'm afraid if I use tools to get the lid off, I will damage the lid or seal

The packaging could be better
The packaging should be improved. The black lumpfish Caviar box was damaged. It should have been placed in a plastic bag to avoid the moisture. The 10 LB Alaska king crab legs were loosely put in a thin plastic bag without even tying up.

Wide variety of specialty items, excellent communication. Would have rated 5 stars except order delayed waiting for product restock x 2; unfortunately, additional item promised re delay was not included with shipment. Order very well packaged, frozen items still solid on arrival despite 50F ambient temp. in Vermont in November!

I always buy my caviar from Bemka, but I also buy so many other products! Pekin duck breasts are a weekly dish at our table. My vanilla beans just arrived yesterday, and my pastry chef husband says they are the finest he's ever used! I can trust the quality in every Bemka product, and prices are unbeatable.
