I had a very pleasant experience with my order at cave Perfumerie. My package took around two weeks until it arrived at my house. At first my tracking update didn't seem to change much so I contacted the customer service. I received a very fast reply regarding issues with the shipping of the toskovat orders which explained my lack of shipping updates. A week after reaching out I finally received my order and I will definitely place more in the nearest future. It's important to support rising businesses these days especially one that works so hard.
I have a very pleasant experience with Cave Perfumerie! Definitely recommend that shop! Very good delivery, the store makes sure your perfume will arrive safely. Inexcusable evil from Toscovat was a perfume I was looking for a very long time. It's very unique and definitely suits my expectations! At first it seems very rough and fresh, almost choking smell, then it transforms in something more herbal and metallic, and then when time passes it leaves a cold metallic freshness. My first association when I tried it was that it smells like someone left and incense stick in freshly cleaned surgery room. Overall 10/10!
I placed an order with Cave Parfumerie and initially received a DHL confirmation that my parcel would be delivered on 30 September. The shipment was later marked “Returned to shipper” in Aarhus, although I never requested a return.
I contacted the store by email and Instagram to ask what happened and what the next step would be, but so far I have received no response.
I understand that shipping problems can happen, but the lack of communication when an order has been returned is frustrating

First of all - we are deeply sorry that our services did not live up to your standards. At Cave Parfumerie we do our very best to keep our customers satisfied, so we do take your words to heart and will do our best to do better in the future.
We have unfortunately had some shipping problems throughout the last week, which we have now fixed, so everything is now fully functioning again. Although we would love to be able to stay on top of such unforseen events, we do have to admit that sometimes things are unfortunately out of our hands. With that said, we will make sure to look in to a backup plan for that in the future.
In regards to contacting us - we actually got in contact within 24 hours (on working days), as described as our standard on our website - we know that events like these are unfortunate, which is why we strive to answer as fast as possible :)
Once again, we will do everything in our power to do better in the future, as we strive to improve every day :)

There has been a little hiccup with the shipping updates, but they respond really quickly on Instagram and everything was resolved in minutes.
Also very wonderful perfume selection, everything came securely packaged and with a lil discount code <3

Super service, everything is taken care of perfectly. The people are very friendly and outreaching. One of the very few shops where I bought and will buy more than once. I was being kept updated every step of the way and advised when I needed to. This kind of service is an example to others.

I ordered on Saturday and next Sunday the package arrived to Germany, Hannover. It was a cute message inside, 4 testing blotters, 4 perfumes, they didn't look mixed or so, incredibly strong scents, a single spray I was dying the whole day bc of how strong it was. One of them is my new favourite. I'm very satisfied.

Den 14 December fik jeg en email, min ordre var på vej. Det er nu 9 dage senere, og jeg har ikke set skyggen af min pakke.
Pakken er sendt som "brev uden sporing" så det er svært at vide hvor langt den er kommet.
Opdaterer det review når min pakke er modtaget
