Mijn producten al een tijd geleden besteld. Blijkbaar leveren jullie met FedEx waardoor de spullen niet aankomen.
Waarom gebruiken jullie als Frans land een Amerikaans en onbetrouwbare leverancier?
Als ik het volgende week nog niet heb, ga ik mijn betaling laten intrekken.

Van mij moeten jullie geen bestelling meer verwachten.

So disappointed. I usually love these products, but I looked for a face cream in a glass container to avoid microplastics and it came in a plastic container inside the glass jar! That doesn’t make any sense. There is no need for that plastic at all. Not buying this product again.

Zonnecreme bij caudalie gekocht aan €25,50 om dan nadien deze zonnecreme elders te koop zien staan aan €8euro!!! Hoe kan dit was mijn vraag antwoord van caudalie was dat verkopers vrij zijn om hun prijzen te bepalen die gaan niet met verlies verkopen dus hoeveel winst maakt caudalie hier dan wel niet op via hun eigen wabsite?? zelfs bij bol kan je deze goedkoper kopen wat een oplichting zeg ik ben vanaf nu klant af nooit meer caudalie!

Verkeerde producten geleverd. Bij het contacteren van de klantenservice wordt er niet gereageerd waardoor ik teveel heb betaald en de producten niet heb ontvangen. Ik zou Caudalie niet aanraden.

Super goede producten. Ik bestelde de vinopur lijn en mijn gezicht is overduidelijk kalmer geworden. Ook de revitalift lijn is een aanrader. Net zoals hun hand en mond en lichaamsverzorging. Ik doe hier heel mijn body care mee. Wat ook heel leuk is je krijgt er constant gratis cadeautjes bij die je zelf kan kiezen. Zo kan je al eens een product waarover je twijfelt testen.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order.
It’s been nine days and my order status is still stuck on “Order Confirmed” — not processed, not shipped. When I called customer service, I was told I “should’ve seen a banner about delays,” which is unacceptable.

There was no clear communication, no proactive email, and no real solution offered. I’m a loyal customer, but this experience shows a serious customer service gap.

I hope Caudalie takes this seriously and improves transparency about shipping delays.

On your website it says 2-day delivery. It has been more than 10 days and still ZERO information about my order. The only way to reach you took two damn days — and you still don’t know when you’re going to ship it. And I can’t even cancel the order! The way you treat customers is unbelievably disrespectful and rude. I’ve never seen such horrible service in my life! This isn’t a real company — it’s a complete joke and a total scam-level operation.
If you can’t do business properly, shut it down and stop wasting people’s time and money.

The products are significantly cheaper in other stores. Their claim that the inflated prices are justified by earning points and free products is completely nonsensical. Loyalty points only apply if we continue to order directly from Caudalie, and “free” products are supposed to be truly free—not hidden in the product price.

I will never purchase here again, and neither will my friends or relatives. You can easily find these products much cheaper worldwide.

Fidèle cliente sur le site et également en pharmacie, j'ai passé une commande mais j'ai fait une erreur donc dans la minute j'appelle le service client pour modifier ma commande, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Très déçue de cette marque qui est loin d'avoir un esprit commercial et professionnel. Je termine mon compte cadeaux et j'achèterai une autre marque en pharmacie que l'on m'a conseillé avec des échantillons... D'ailleurs j'ai beaucoup plus d'échantillons Caudalie en pharmacie que sur le site... Terminé pour moi cette marque mais qu'elle n'oublie pas que les produits coréens arrivent à grand pas sur le marché français et sont très très bien et au même prix...

Ik heb 2 bestellingen geplaatst. 1 bestelling (kleinste pakket) is zoals het hoort aangekomen. Het andere pakket is blijkbaar al een week onderweg, via Machelen, Wenen, Duiven (NL) en zou vandaag vóór 22 uur geleverd worden. Waar zit de logica van levering? Vorige week ging dat ook vóór 22 uur geleverd worden. Chatten is een probleem, Whatsapp is een probleem. Communicatie is heel moeilijk met dit bedrijf.

Bij gebruik van het nieuwe Premier Crue product kreeg ik een allergische reactie. Na contact met Caudalie kreeg ik de mogelijkheid om via een dermatoloog evt na te gaan welk element in de samenstelling de oorzaak zou zijn. Caudalie was bereid om de ingrediëntenlijst met de dermatoloog te delen. Bovendien kreeg ik gratis een ander product van dezelfde prijs. Wat een service van Caudalie !

Snelle levering, helemaal niets op aan te merken!

I bought 2 Caudalie vinoclean but never received it despite what says DPD packetservice. I sent an email to the postal service, they did not respond. I contacted the Caudalie team by WhatsApp and email, they told me the carrier marked the package delivered, and then stopped answering me.

Therefore I do not recommend the online service. Next time I’ll by in a shop.

Today, march 28th, I still haven’t received anything….

Als ik geen ster kon geven zou ik dat doen, wat een slechte klantenservice. Begin januari enkele producten besteld ter waarde van bijna €60. Zonder enige communicatie blijkt mijn pakketje teruggestuurd te zijn op 16/01 omdat het kapotgegaan is in transit. Tot op heden (04/02) nog altijd geen terugbetaling. Ik heb al 2 maal contact gezocht, de eerste keer werd er mij na lang wachten verteld dat de terugbetaling er aan komt. Nu een week later heb ik hier nog altijd niets van gezien en heb ik nogmaals contact opgenomen & hier krijg ik geen antwoord op. Schandalig. Ik hoop dat ik mijn geld ooit nog terug zie.
