Thank you for your feedback.
We appreciate your positive remarks and take your concern regarding step-by-step marking seriously.
Our evaluation approach is designed to award marks for the method, working notes, concepts applied, and presentation wherever applicable. However, if you feel that adequate step marks were not awarded in your case, we would be happy to review the evaluated answer sheet.
In fact, we encourage students to compare their evaluated copies with ICAI Certified Copies. If any genuine discrepancy in marking is found, our team will reassess the answer and take appropriate corrective action under our Guaranteed Evaluation Policy.
Your feedback helps us improve, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Not worth to take test series from here
1. The Solution and test paper are different. The Solution does not match with the questions in the question Paper
2. In topper sheet, they given marks out of 45 whereas the question paper was of 40 marks in total
3. In one test, they have uploaded the topper sheet which was totally different from what the question paper was, so how can they compare the test with topper sheet because the questions were totally different
4. In One Audit test, they have uploaded my test in topper sheet, because I had scored 37/45, but in rank I got 238, how is this possible?
5. I had submitted DT and IDT test in a day gap, on evaluation, the examiner uploaded the same checked sheet in DT as well IDT.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback.
We sincerely regret any confusion or inconvenience caused. The issues you have highlighted appear to be related to administrative or technical discrepancies rather than the quality of the test content itself, and we take such matters seriously.
Regarding the mismatch between question papers, solutions, topper sheets, marks, rankings, or answer sheet uploads, these are not standard occurrences and may result from occasional human or system errors. If such an issue has occurred in your case, we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate it thoroughly.
We request you to share the specific test details, screenshots, or registered account information with our support team. Our team will review each point raised, rectify any genuine errors, and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken.
Over the years, thousands of CA students have relied on our platform for exam preparation, and while isolated mistakes can occur, we remain committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
We value your feedback and would be happy to resolve the matter if given the opportunity.
