I could not be happier with my home gym and accessories. The support team were very happy to answer my questions to make sure it was suitable and made sure everything was received, especially Steve.
I purchased the Ultimate Commercial Smith Machine bundle, an extra attachments bundle and a dumbbell rack. Commercial quality is right! What I have at home is BETTER than the local gym!! I was really impressed with the assembly instructions, very easy to follow and packed in a logical sequence. Converting the theatre room into a home gym was the best decision I ever made!! I have returned to buy more accessories and will return again. Thank-you

The 1 metre square rubber mats are 15mm thick and quite rigid.
The great thing about these is that they are not going to ruffle or buckle.
I had another type that whilst very soft and seemingly comfortable, but frustrating as they quickly ended up messed-up and untidy, downright dangerous.

First time purchasing from Catch Fitness and it's been an absolutely terrible experience. The website claimed they were ahead of schedule on orders but that's certainly not what happened in my case.

After three weeks of chasing up my order I ended up having to drive out and pick it up myself. Communication from Catch Fitness was abysmal. Every single time I was given a time frame for update it came and went without contact. Each time I had to follow up again, only to be told they didn't have any updates.

When it was clear they had no idea where my delivery was, Catch Fitness finally agreed to reship "as fast as possible". Four days later I was told they were still trying to figure out what would be the fastest way to get to me, and that my order would probably be sent out the following week.

I had to organise to leave work early in order to drive out there to pick up my order. After 4-5 emails and 3 phone calls nobody was able to tell me whether or not my order was even at the warehouse. Upon pickup when I asked if I could get the delivery fee refunded I was met with more confusion. Apparently they'll need to check with their manager about that one.

I wish I could have written a positive review of a piece of gym equipment. Unfortunately, the entire ordeal has been overshadowed by consistent unprofessional behaviour and incompetence. I knew it would be a bit of a gamble ordering from someone other than my normal supplier. I'll know not to order from here again.
