I have been with this very personal hosting provider continuously since 2002 (near the start) from personal use to a business web magazine that relies on them. Don't know if it is still a small provider, but it feels like it. I have no intention to change, as they spot significant issues before I do, and they respond rapidly and effectively when making enquiries about something I need to ask about. They have always have technical people responding immediately, no silly waiting to escalate to someone who knows something! Have even had the founder/director involved in resolving an issue as recently as 2017 which shows how their culture. No notable service glitches.
