I would like to know which company manages shoe orders. Casual Comfort Sandals OR Premier Trust Store? that is MY question.
I placed an order for shoes from Casual Comfort Sandals and a month has passed while I have yet to receive the product. The responses I get regarding my concerns come from Premier Trust Store (?). These companies (not sure which one) quickly withdrew money from my bank account and once they received their money, the waiting game for ME began. Their automated responses send "tracking information" and when one checks on that status, you will receive ANOTHER automated response that indicates the product is "in transit". I have requested a refund, and my requests have been ignored.

Please do not order from this company they are a scam and Sham. The shoes are of poor quality and do not represent the pictures that they post on the internet.. I ordered a pair of boots on January 5th, it was promised to
me January 23rd, they were not sent to me until the end of
February. I tried to cancel on
January 23rd (promised date) as I
needed the boots the 1st of
February....since then they have
sent me through hell
and high waters to return the boots to get a refund. Then they want you to send the shoes back to China!! which is illegal- I believe-ok, so to end communication,
I was going to take the 20% refund and donate the shoes to charity. Not as easy as I thought, it still required more emails back
and forth, pictures and frustration for this
company... so instead of getting just the 20% refund I'll go through
my credit card company, file a
complaint and request to get a full
refund back... again this company
is a sham don't put yourself
through what I've been
through. It's not worth it.

Edit: As of June 22 2025, I have just received notice from my credit card company that they have issued a full refund. Keep all your correspondence but better yet, don't order from them.

I ordered a size 14 sandals and got the wrong size. I contacted them and was sent 3 more pair for a total of 5 pair and they were all the same size as the first 2 pair and none of them fit. I will no longer be doing business with this company.

Stay away! This place is a scam - absolutely awful. The product is clearly fake - not even close to what you think you're getting. It comes wrapped in a nylon - no box nothing. And, they took 2+ months to deliver it and they kept lying about status.

Don’t purchase shoes from this site. I’ve been waiting for a refund from a purchase of two pairs of shoes in December. They cancelled my order because they didn’t have my size. To date, I still have not received a refund.

Scam company,Horrible customer service, asked for pictures of the item you received, that are not what you are expecting and smell awful, they email you over and over before they offer to allow return, then tell you, you need to pay for the return and they address given is in China not in the US or Canada as indicated on the website. And when you look up the address given to ship back to, there are no valid results for address given. Also noticed you can not leave reviews on the website like other companies. Do not buy from this company!

I just made an order. My concern is they took my money and I won't get the shoes. 4 days and no order confirmation.

Fake Uggs. They will not honor their return. Company states they are from Las Vegas but actually from China. Your shoes will arrive in a garbage bag not a box and will have a strong glue order. Customer service will tell you first return shoes ( you pay postage and handling to china) and than they will let you know if they will honor the return. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THANK ME LATER

If I could give zero stars, I would people need to know that this is a scam. I ordered before Christmas and now it’s the end of March and never received my order a few weeks ago. I was told my order was on the way now I’m told it was delivered in January, it’s really ridiculous. I asked for a refund and I keep getting an automated response. No help from the company whatsoever.

Scam... these shoes are absolutely horrible!!!! Bought a pair for my wife for Christmas, big mistake. Purchased in November, recieved in February. There's no cancelation. You have to wait. Communication is horrible. Received shoes. Size is bad, smells like raw chemicals, and the shape is not anything what the picture looks like..... this place sells shoes from Temu that they get for a $1 and charge you $35.99. Oh yeah, plus shipping. 3 months of shipping... I tried to return them... they want me to get a tape measure to show them the size I received doesnt fit my wife. WTF??? This business should not be operational. Scam!!! (I'd give negative stars if I could, it was that bad.)

Absolutely inferior show products.
I bought two pairs .
Sandals . I could not bucket up the Sandals. The ankle was inches to large.
Boot looked just horrible. Great for kids maybe. They looked cheap and fit cheap.
They don't give receipts so to return products are impossible.

This is the absolute worst company to order shoes from. It took 3 months to get one pair of shoes. THREE MONTHS! After the order is placed you get this little disclaimer that you may not get the color or size you ordered. Ummm, WHAT?! I'm so glad the winter boots came in time for spring. These shoes come from China and you get very vague responses when you inquire about your order. I ordered Khaki boots and got black. I will NEVER use this company again. They deserve zero stars.

This company is definitely a fraud. Do not order from this company. The only way to communicate with this company is by email and they do not respond. I ordered my boots on January 10, 2025. When I did not receive them in three weeks for my 60th birthday party, I started emailing the address that was given to me on their site. When I reached out to PayPal to file a fraud report is when my boots finally were delivered which was on March 13, 2025 do not disrespect me when I take the time to support your company refund my money and get your boots back. I would just appreciate a reply.

This company is incredibly deceptive. They sell fake shoes at name brand prices. Communication is impossible. To return products, you have to pay shipping to CHINA. When you finally do get to the refund part, they claim the system won't allow a refund to be processed. This company is a scam- do not purchase from here!

Do not buy from this company!!!
Their website lists a Las Vegas address but this is a Chinese company and getting a refund is impossible because you will spend more to ship the item back than what you paid.

Horrible scam company that sells knockoffs. They will not let you return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Stay completly away from this Company. They sell knock-off products, do not deliver on time (repeatedly delay delivery), will not honor their return policy, and avoid answering specific questions they are asked, which happens only when they decide to respond at all. Responses are very sporadic and completly ignore the issue at hand. To make matters worse, there is no way to speak with a customer service agent, either via chat or over the telephone. You are given the only option of reaching out by email, and get ignored until someone decides to respond, very much at their leisure and as I said without ever even attempting to address your concern. Simply stated, if you spend money with this company, kiss it goodbye - consider it a donation. They are a disgrace.

I wish I could give zero stars. This site sells counterfeit goods. They immediately mark your order as shipped so you can't cancel it. You have to pay return shipping to China if you do not want the product.

I really wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing from this company do not buy anything from them. They are a scam. Their shoes are horrible and they’re about two sizes smaller than the size you purchase and I’ve been trying to get my shoes exchanged or refunded for nearly 2 months now with no luck. They should take their website down and stop selling product here in the United States.
