I have had my Castle Flexx for a year now. I use it almost every day. I was able to loosen my hips which fixed my back pain (amazing). I am amazed every time I use the Castle Flexx on how much better I feel when I complete my stretch. I have purchased two more for my daughters and their families. I’ve had my strap for over 3 years. I use it 360 days per year, my spouse will confirm, I believe it’s helped to reduce my low back pain. If I lost it, I’d buy another one immediately.

There are some that are upset about refunds but I’ve read them and they are situations where the package was marked delivered but the person claims it wasn’t. That’s not a brands fault, don’t turn off their redo insurance and they refund or reship you. If you turn it off to save two dollars and usps doesn’t deliver to correct home that’s on the customer. Sorry but that’s the terms every good brand offers. We pay a few bucks and they pay 90pct of it so nobody has to worry. This is a good company and they are made in USA.

The quality is second to none! I am 79.5 years old and have places I felt necessary to stretch but just couldn’t get there. No more. My children and grandchildren see me all stretched out and just say “go for it pops.” I have a routine now that I saw on the training videos. Big plus on the videos. I have bought things over the years I soon called a gadget. CastleFlexx is no gadget. It is the real deal. Spend the money. It is worth it and more. Steve

Total Game Changer: I was pain free from plantar fasciitis with much more mobility after 3 weeks of daily use (Luxury model). My customer service experience was stellar, even though had initial reservations about online communications. When an international shipment for FlexxMat proved not an option for my new location, they worked with me to quickly explore options and ultimately refund my entire cost. Bought this product in March. Liked it at first.

Used 5-10 minutes at a time, a couple times a week.

By the end of July the handles had come loose and rotated in my hand, making it very hard to maintain tension.

Customer service initially declined to replace it or let me return it outside of their 30 day return window (which is for dissatisfaction with the product, not defective products)

Then the company owner learned about the issue. He agreed that this was not up to their standard, and agreed without reservation to replace the product.

Ultimately a good experience and an owner who clearly stands behind his product.

This company has an essentially useless product and they lie about their refund policy and charge you extra $5 to be able to get a full refund and then they don't give you a full refund when when they email you and say they will. Then they just ignore your messages. Terrible product even worse customer service.

Update to their response: not only is this patronizing and condescending, but it's factually incorrect. I am a veteran...a USMC combat veteran to be precise. And I didn't verify because your system didn't ask. And I definitely DID purchase the return insurance, as verified by your employee at the time. You guys are a bunch of keyboard warriors with a bad attitude and no integrity. Pathetic.

I held off on ordering it because $209 seemed kind of pricey but I was getting desperate with first time ever plantar fasciitis heel pain which I think came from tight calves and not stretching before a long quick walk a few weeks ago.
I can't believe how good it makes my legs feel! My ankles, calves and achilles feel so much better and my heel pain is almost completely gone. Apparently the magic is that it stretches your toes too.
Took it to the lake and had my family try it.

I have already sent one to my other brother in law and I am sending one to my 84 y.o. mother and my sister in law. And I will order another one to leave at the lake.
It is so good! I love that I can do it in bed before getting up and I don't have to look for a step to drop my heel to stretch before exercising. And the quality is great, the handle bars are so solid it could double as a billy club on my nightstand 😎

very expensive! it is still the same stretching that you can do by your OWN practical or resourceful stretching.

I contacted Castleflexx for details on their return policies due to being such an expensive product. I was having a hard time finding any details about the return policy on the website.

Castleflexx: You have 30 days to return.

Me: Any return fees for return:

Castleflexx: Not if you include the redo insurance.

Me: I have no idea what that is. Could you please answer my questions with a little more substance. This is giving me red flags to be frank.

I see many red flags in this conversation! Not wanting to communicate the policy effectively and clearly is one major red flag. I would completely avoid this company. This probably the worst customer service I have received ever especially when I haven't even purchased it yet. If you Castleflexx stands by their product and believes in it I would think you would be more forthcoming about policies.

Edit: So after I told them I reviewed them on Trustpilot I got a response back from the company. They literally threatened to get me fired from my job. These people are literally insane.
