Phoned for advice - extremely helpful. The piece ordered was the perfect fit, great quality and arrived quickly. Superb value and great experience!

Really happy with the product i ordred , it arrived on time, great correspondence ,no complaints

Fire surround looked good on their website, and seemed to be good value, but my installer had a few questions, both of which were answered by email very quickly, even though I had emailed during the evening. Surround was very well packaged and safely delivered by their own (very helpful and courteous) driver, and when unpacked and installed, the fire surround looks every bit as good as the pics on the website. Very pleased with it!

Fantastic service and price. Would highly recommend this company. The delivery guys managed my awkward steps with ease and no complaints.

Excellent prices and very prompt delivery !

Customer services from all the staff who were involved with helping us to choose the fire and the guys who installed the hearth and the fire was fantastic

The fire is amazing and looks great.

Lovely item and super fast delivery.
Thank you

I ordered this for my sister, she is very happy with the hearth and is glad she ordered from this company. I found it to be very easy to navigate the website, the company is excellent and the product was well packaged. The delivery company is also excellent and I was surprised that the hearth was delivered within a week of ordering to Scotland. I would highly recommend this company. Thankyou very much.

I was in a rush for my fireplace and they delivered within 2 days of me ordering. Thank you

Good service on telephone enquiry and answered all my questions, order placed with delivery spot on time.

Delivery drivers very polite and helpful, stove placed in position where needed.

They enjoyed the sausage sandwich which was already waiting for them. Highly recommended this company

Great woodburner, very well priced, no problems with the online purchase. The only issue, the delivery date was longer than the website promised. Overall this did not affect the experience.

Stunning fireplace. Exactly what I was looking for. Fireplace was delivered promptly and with great care by 2 very friendly guys.

Ordered the exact part I needed, excellent service and arrived fairly quickly.

Service was great and delivered without any problems.
The fire itself is a quality product but the only negative we have is that the flame dies out after three hours and as it has to cool before any further refill the usage is restricted.
That said it fits beautifully in the grate and the effect is exactly what we wanted.

Great delivery driver.
Good substantial fire.

Good communication about delivery and came as expected. Very pleased with the quality of the hearth. You can barely see the heat expansion joins which are necessary for a solid fuel granite hearth. The delivery driver helped me carry to the first floor.

Beautiful fireplace! Good communication, had a problem with it not fitting (my own fault) and no problems about refund but thankfully found replacement from them that fit. Great company and people. Outstanding quality fireplaces
