Cassie's service was excellent. I could see inside my own ears before and after treatment. Cassie is polite and professional. She is a knowledgeable audiologist with a cheerful friendly manner.

Visited Cassie as I had a real problem with wax build up which had become impacted.cassie used a combination of water irrigation and suction as the wax had hardened.in no time at all Cassie had cleaned both ears and my hearing returned to normal again.i thoroughly recommend Cassie and her business,she is pleasant and offers a service that gets results.at a very fair price.thanks Cassie.

The service was carried out professionally and courteously clearing both ears within 30 minutes. I was so happy to be able to hear again and have no hesitation in recommending this excellent value for money service.

I had quite a build up of earwax and needed it sorting. My Audiologists had just upped their prices, so was keen to shop around and was delighted to find Cassie at Edinburgh Earwax Removal Specialist Ltd, as she is considerably cheaper than all the competition.
She is also very friendly, fun and really good at her job.
It was such a relief to hear fully again.
I will definitely use again and have been telling all my friends that this is the place to go.

My hearing was impaired and I was miserable - I was on an 8 week waiting list to get my ears syringed and I found Cassie. She is qualified, extremely professional and she cleared out the wax while keeping me abreast of each step she was taking. I'm so grateful to her.

I was suffering with muffling in my left ear and my husband , who is a piano tuner , wanted to have his checked .
Cassie kindly obliged us by seeing us together at short notice . I was very impressed with the service we received , Cassie was delightful and very professional completing pre treatment questionaire and showing us before and after pictures as well as checking our hearing afterwards.We both had earwax removed with suction technique which was painless and then the ear cleaned with special equipment , also painless . Best experience I have ever had in the removal of earwax.
