When I tried to withdrawl my winnings they asked for proof of address, it's ok until here. Then the adventure started, they were replying to my email every 6-7 days instead of 48 hours, everytime involving another excuse to not give me the money. I did a withdrawl on 19 of April and today 10 of May I still don't have my money from them. Dog$hit website

Played on here for a while now Depositing and withdrawn without much fuss,then all of a sudden I Deposited £200 play it down to £175 and they asked me to send in proof of earnings and locked my account until I do. I live chatted to them and told them I wanted my remaining balance returned I was told it would take 5 working days that was 9 days ago and I'm still no closer to getting my money.
I Sent in my proof of earnings they have looked at them in 20 minutes and decided I can't afford to gamble on there sites and banned me for 5 years reviewed my documents in 20 minutes but 9 days and counting for a withdrawal STAY AWAY they don't deserve a star but only way I can post

60 Euro eingezahlt mit Bonus gespielt und es umgesetzt. Am Ende 1600 Euro aufm Konto und auszahlen lassen. Verifizierung hatte leider etwas länger gedauert, ca 2 Wochen. Dann mit Support geschrieben und über Email die Dokumente nochmal geschickt und siehe da. 2 Tage später Account verifiziert und Geld kam 👍🏻

Terrible site with poor customer service.
Will gladly take your money but when you win and try and withdraw all of a sudden there are a slew of issues and problems... Usually resulting in them not paying out!
There are far better and fairer sites to use, do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I played and won 5000 I provided all apropriot documents the withdrawal failed to my card I provided bank statements etc they tried to my bank this aparently failed they got me to too up using my skrill account and said that they processed withdrawal to skrill send me verification email with a reference number 2 days later funds were still nowhere to be found I again followed up and was blocked stating they felt I had said somethings of concern I didn't care about not being able to use the site as I just wanted my withdrawal it is still being escalated and I am doubtful I will hear anything I have reported this site to the gambling commission and intend to take legal action.

Habe das erste Mal bei Casimba gespielt und auch gewonnen. Dummerweise hatte ich erst danach die Bewertungen gelesen und ziemlich Bammel mein Geld nicht ausgezahlt zu bekommen... Dies hat sich glücklicherweise nicht bestätigt ! Auszahlung dauert leider etwas länger wie mir sonst bekannt aber hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Allerdings spiele ich grundsätzlich NIE mit Bonus da mir die Bedingungen immer suspekt sind.

I joined Casimba a year ago after trying one other online casino that basically tricked me into the bonus crap that I can't be bothered with as the waging requirements are just about unreachable on all online casinos so I suggest not wasting your time taking match bonus offers etc. I play table games 95% of the time and have no issues with Casimba, I can't say the slots are my thing and have had a small play with them and had no joy but I have no issues with Casimba and am surprised by how the negative reviews have increased lately as I have had no problems. I find it painful waiting for upto 48 hours for my withdrawal to be processed in which I can reverse at any time before processed and lose it lol and then having to wait another 3 business days for the funds to clear and become available through the Visa money transfer just can't understand why it can't clear straight away. Otherwise I have found this site fair and good fun.

Suspended my account saying I can't afford to gamble with them just as I'd deposited money in! I opened account last week and have lost £1000 fair and square on roulette.

For all you roulette players you know it’s just a matter of time before your numbers come up.

So I deposited another £200 and went back to the table and it wouldn’t allow me to place my bet as I had reached my play limit.

Needless to say within a few spins my numbers started to come up.

I worked it out that I would have won about £2000 if I was allowed to play on.
