An absolute shambles! They’re refusing to pay me… I’ve been waiting weeks… says my bank as rejected the payment which is a load of crap. Rang my bank up and they’ve not even tried to send any payment! Now they’re wanting bank statements which I’ve provided 4 times and they keep asking for more. Stay well clear of this site it’s a scam

Would be very careful when joining this site, I'm currently still waiting on a withdrawal was told my bank rejected when I've contacted my bank and they told me no payment was ever rejected, now I'm being told to provide bank statements and do the withdrawal via bank transfer which I've provided yet seems like a very long process for someone to even verify the statements , the customer service on this site seems very terrible so if you plan to make a deposit and you end up winning just expect to recieve the winnings in about 5 years time if you're lucky.

Money was in my PayPal account within about 6 hours. Thankyou!

If i could give 0 stars i would deposited 10 played 10p spins on big bass bonus i lost £9.50 and all of a sudden it crashed baring in mind my internet was fine the casino likes to cheat so doesn't feel like it has to let you win... Anyways carried on with 10p spins with my bonus what a surprise took the whole lot with out a bonus or decent win only 5p and 10p its a pathetic excuse for a casino and my friends who play have had this experience too certainly wont be putting my money into this casino again they need closing down.

so i joined and done good on first play not so good afterwards but hey you win some you loose right? however i went on played catch of the day after getting my deposit up to over £300 with some wins i spun a few spins altered my bet now and then as you do then the game freezes but the music keeps playing i tried to get out any way nothing would stop it eventually i turned my device of came back on and my balance was sat at £7 i contacted live chat they were not interested so i sent an email i was told they wanted to support me on this and so to go back on speak to live chat which i did but again they were not interested and more or less accused me of lying because i had changed my bet like whats that got to do with it? i stated i had done this before the game malfunctioned anyways put it down to a bad experience and played again few days later wasnt doing to well went on to jackpot section played mega moolah spun few spins game was going ok and it flashed up jackpot spin and to press continue which i did the wheel came up and yip it froze this time i took screenshots etc and contacted live chat guy was not interested 4 times he got the wrong game despite me clearly telling him which game this happened on and sending the screenshots were now over 48 hours later and im being told on live chat i need to be patient and theres no time frame on how long these type of thing take to be resolved i mean cmon we deposit in good faith we know we may loose of course we do but the £200 episode was bad enough never mind now a jackpot spin just sort it out guys and have a word with live chat a few have been nice but others very rude like Daisy cutting me off mid convo and tellimg me to be patient

Guys please stay clear of this casino, I had a bonus from them “no deposit” latter found out I had to deposit to be able to start wagering, I then deposited, the wager requirements was 388.50, but when I deposited, they put a 35x on top of the bonus amounts I had accumulated, I had a bonus balance of 499, so I had to wager 17,467.10, this site tricks you in to a bonus, just to screw you in to depositing to take your money!

so I went onto the site and I got a bonus deposited £200 and won around £4000 so made a withdrawal I stuck to the maximum bonus bet of £5 the whole time after waiting about 4 days i get an email your account has abused bonus terms the maximum bonus bet was £5 I knew they wouldn't pay stay away from this site if you win big they will always refuse to pay SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I dont work in the industry just a decorator that plays all sites first deposit of 25 let me get to 267 minus 25 bonus but withdraen at £167 well worth a pop if you ask me alot of casinos get bad feedback because the person playing is a addict and can't stop clicking or someone that want to only win big when reality says gotta be relistic fact you wanna see a scam sites go try slotty n skol loads of other good sites too spin genie play ojo casoola Mr play Ladbrokes all good and payout decent odd bad apples but personally this was spot on anyone who wants my eanils from them with the amount I can screenshot the emails

For now, I like the site, got games I like.

The Worst casino site I have ever played. Very rare to get a big wins, £2,500 deposited and 2 very small cashouts, bonuses don't come often and when they do it pays very little, avoid at all costs unless you really want to loose all your money!!

I made a £1000 deposit to play some high stakes . They instantly blocked my account and will don’t refund my money or let me withdraw it

For me, this casino is a SCAM, a welcome bonus of 90 free spins and a win of 3 pounds is a joke, the slots are set to 1 bonus at a low stake and when you play a larger one you will not hit the bonus, the first and last time I played there

Just spent £20 on a slot and the most I got back was £2! Absolutely ridiculous!! Won't be playing here again.

In my opinion a 5 star casino for slots. Deposited took the 100% match bonus and went on to have a win. Cancelled the bonus and withdrew my winnings It was paid within 5 hours straight back into my bank account did not even ask for documents!.You cannot ask better than that. Great selection of slots which is all I joined for, I would recommend.

Accepted my withdrawal but never paid out, this site is now scamming - avoid

Waiting 7 days for verification to withdraw. Inventing lame excuses each time and waiting 48hrs for response each time. 1st need 4 corners of utility bill, then they dont accept my utility bill then its blurry. blatant stalling for whatever their agenda. God help you if you win and want to withdraw as they will create as much nonsense as possible to delay payment. Choose another casino their is plenty of choice who will treat you respectfully.

The close my acount soon i ask for statments of my deposits and wichdraws!!! Statment show 1 wichdraw of 100 £ on my first deposit .than round 50 deposits per 20 £ never wichdraw anything again. Scambags!! Just proofe with closing the account!!
