I am a returning client and was given…
I am a returning client and was given many many different things from the first call (staff from store somehow answered my call to customer service dept) to the last call (the remaining 5 calls went to customer service).
Over a 24 hour period I either spoke or was on line with Cash Money employees for a combined total of 7 hours.
And in the end due to Cash Money program (Plaid) not working correctly and me sending via email personal information…. I was not given the loan/line of credit that I was informed I would be …. Even after signing all documents as well.
When I called back after a few hours sleep… the customer service rep advised me that there is no upper management to speak too!
Wow!!!!!
There is a lot more to the story but that is the short version!
This is also a BIG customer service dept issue as well!
