From 3 units to a $1.7 million deal in Puerto Rico
For years I told myself I'd scale up. 3 to 4 units felt doable, but anything beyond that felt like a completely different game.
The real fear wasn't the deals themselves. It was juggling all the moving parts when you don't have the network, the knowledge, or the backing to take them on. Smaller residential I could handle. The jump to larger commercial? That was a different conversation.
What almost stopped me was not knowing if the support would actually be there, or whether I'd end up paying and still figuring it out alone. A lot of programs tell you what to do, but I needed people who would work through it with me.
Talking to the team changed that. What they offered matched exactly what I'd been missing. And underneath everything was one thing I kept coming back to: I wanted out of my 9-5. I wasn't going to get there running 3 and 4 unit properties.
Since joining the Cashflow Code I've been working on a $1.7M property near the beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Seven unit. Long distance. The kind of deal I would have walked away from before because I didn't have the tools or the people to actually work through it.
What's made the difference is the ability to analyze more complex opportunities, hash out items, revise when I need to, and keep moving forward without stalling out. The hardest part of scaling isn't finding the deal. It's having the right people in your corner when things get complicated.
Figure out what your goals are and go after them head on. Georgy and the team will be right there and go the extra mile for you.
