Great experience!!! We did an incentive trip for 80 ladies and was AMAZING! Tatiana & team were in every detail: Itinerary, budget, Site Inspection, Guides, On Site assistance. Two of us worked with Kim Phillips at Cashel in planning a very personalized week's travel from London, to Stamford, to York and surrounding villages. Kim planned a marvelous itinerary, taking us to all the villages, hotels, and locations we wanted to see. We had a wonderful driver, Peter, who was fantastic in making certain we were comfortable and able to reach each destination safely and on time. The entire trip went beyond our expectations. There was a group of 15 of us booked for an amazing trip through Ireland and Scotland in April 2020. We are American Military stationed abroad and were excited for this trip. Because of the pandemic , our trip was canceled. As per Cashel Travel Rules and Regs a pandemic counts as a Full refund. We are now approaching the end of 16 months since our trip should have taken place and we are still waiting for a refund. Communication between us and management is almost null with days/weeks before I get a response. Book at your own risk. We are out almost $9,000 grand!

Violeta arranged a fantastic honeymoon for us around Scotland on 3 weeks' notice. She contacted the various hotels each day to let them know we were coming and updated us on the local restrictions/provided us with revised vouchers as we travelled around. We stayed in lovely castles/hunting lodges finishing with the Balmoral in Edinburgh. We learned about Scottish history and saw some amazing sights on our self drive tour. Our hosts were lovely and provided us with free food/drinks and upgrades.
