Ich war kurz davor, eine Sammlung zu beenden, dann hätte ich 1350 € bekommen. Zwar hätte man die 1x umspielen müssen, aber das ist ja kein Problem. Letzte Woche wollte ich meine letzte Karte zur Vollendung der Sammlung einlösen und alle Karten waren offen, als wenn ich die nie gespielt hätte.... Monatelang habe ich Münzen gesammelt, plötzlich alles weg. Kunden-Support per Email und Live Chat helfen natürlich nicht. Die meinen, ich hätte die Karten nie eingelöst. Das ist ja alles nachprüfbar im Verlauf, aber auch das konnte die nicht dazu bewegen, mir meine Münzen - Karten wieder zu geben. Auch Drohung mit Anwalt und schlechter Bewertung hier hat die nicht interessiert.
Finger weg, sobald es um größere Summen geht, machen die Schwierigkeiten. Auszahlungen dauern auch ewig lange. Ich habe mal 3 Wochen gewartet.

Une belle arnaque aucune redistribution

I've received an email information about a completed withdrawl last Wednesday, however the money never reached my account. I've contacted support several times via email but they don't even answer me. The question is if they say the withdrawl is complete, where is my money. They just don't answer players i even contacted my VIP manager but she's also not anwsering. Usually when we receive their email saying withdrawl complete the money is already in your account but this time the money just did not reach my account and they don't provide any reason for that or even answer my emails.

This site is a scam. As per terms and conditions, withdrawals should take up to 72 hours. 100 hours later and I am still waiting. They only provide bullshit excuses. If needed, I can provide withdrawal ID
