I’m giving this 2 stars because, to be fair, the case itself is actually pretty solid. It feels sturdy, well-built, and offers good protection — no complaints there.

What really let me down was everything else. I ordered a custom case with a photo of my son and my dog to be printed on the back (photo attached), but what I received was just a plain case with no photo at all. Completely missed the whole point of the order.

Trying to resolve this was even more frustrating. The only way to contact them was via email, and their communication was poor. There was no real attempt at resolving the issue — they simply responded saying the order was “correct.” That’s honestly hard to believe considering what I received.

For a product that cost me over $110, I expected a lot better service and at least some accountability. The lack of proper support, no real conflict resolution, and a weak refund/replacement process made the whole experience disappointing.

I stopped buying from them after this, and I’d strongly suggest avoiding customised orders. Not worth the risk.

Garbage company
Garbage company. They never sent me my 150-160$ order and costumer service has completely ignored me. I’m very upset with this company and no longer trust them.

I am writing this to warn potential buyers. I am rating this two stars solely because DHL shipping was exceptionally fast and efficient, but the product quality and Casetify’s professional conduct are absolutely subpar.
I purchased the Clear Case (Order #29814861) for my iPhone 17 Pro Max for about €70. For such a premium price point, I expected a high-end product; instead, I received a case with appalling rigidity. It feels like a block of hardened plastic, as slippery as a bar of soap and utterly inflexible. While installing the phone was difficult enough, removing it is virtually impossible. I am now forced to keep it on because there is a genuine, constant risk of scratching the aluminum frame of my iPhone due to the excessive friction and the brute force required to move it even a millimeter. It is paradoxical that an accessory designed for protection poses a direct threat to the device's aesthetic integrity.
Furthermore, their Customer Service is abysmal. I have sent 5 separate emails regarding order #29806296, which I have been trying to CANCEL for days before shipment. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they have completely failed to acknowledge or respond to a single inquiry, trying to force the shipment of an unwanted order. It is disgraceful for a company with such a massive marketing budget to 'ghost' its customers post-purchase. You are left completely stranded once the transaction is complete.
The bottom line: Do not be misled by social media ads or fast delivery. If you value your iPhone’s condition and expect actual support, avoid this brand. Paying about €70 for a case you cannot remove without risking damage to your device is sheer madness. I demand a full refund for the defective case and the immediate cancellation of order #29806296. Terrible experience.

Siempre veía por redes sus productos hasta que me decidí a comprar la funda para mi iPhone 17 pro Max y de verdad que he quedado encantada, son además de bonitas, fuertes y muy bien hechas! Me encanta!!

I loved this brand, I ordered twice from you because of the style and its durability.

Which is true, as you can drop your phone and it is well protected.
However, twice both of my cases gave up on me on my holiday. My last one was approximately 6 months old and had a same issue with the previous case.
When you are in a warmer climate these cases are can not handle it and just split on the sides.
So be aware that don’t expect them to last too long.
Which is a shame as they are expensive to last for such a short time!

Worst customer service ever. No phone and no email contact. Web form takes more than three days to reply. I have to send the item back within 7 days to get refund. You should know what I mean right? Don’t buy from them. I have never had any worst experience in online shopping for iPhone case and strap.
No it help by the way, I reply and ask them why can’t I just return in shop coz your late reply means I don’t have enough time to send it back. And Jayden didn’t reply since and so does the other customer care. The phone number he put in the email can’t reach you guys neither. Don’t pretend you guys care. Coz you don’t.

I found the entire shopping process easy and effective. The product was exactly as represented online. I chose a translucent case with a giant mirror ball. It’s fabulous!
The case is surprisingly robust, despite having no parts to click in/hook onto/slide on.

Compre una funda de Casetify para el iPhone 15 pro azul. Vi un diseño de funda que combinaba muy bien con el color azul llamado "retro swirls in blue" y lo compre. En los primeros días rastree el pedido a través de la pagina web y a lo pocos días me enviaron un correo con información mas detallada de mi pedido como día aproximados de entrega, numero de rastreo de Yun Express...El seguimiento a a través de esta empresa de transporte esta muy bien porque te dice cuando y donde cambia de proceso tu pedido. Lo único malo, es que Casetify me dijo en el correo que la entrega del pedido se haría mediante correo local pero no especificaron si el numero de rastreo de Yun Express era el mismo para Correos. Esta duda tan simple se la pregunte en un correo y me lo explicaron todo al detalle y muy rápido. Pedí la funda el 24 de diciembre y hoy 9 de Enero, pude recogerla en mi oficina de Correos mas cercana. Para haber sido en plena época festiva considero que ha llegado rápido. El pedido viene presentado en un envoltorio y caja llamativos, lo cual me gustó mucho. El producto se nota que esta hecho de materiales de calidad, un diseño muy chulo y detallado y en mi caso, mi funda es la modelo con soporte desplegable y funciona a la perfección. Además en este diseño que yo tengo han combinado el diseño base de la funda original de apple con el circulo magsafe y la han mejorado mucho, desde mi punto de vista esta funda de Casetify es superior a las fundas que vende apple. Al principio el precio me echaba atrás pero ahora que la tengo y como ha sido la experiencia con esta marca me ha encantado todo. Por ahora no puedo probarla porque no me ha llegado el móvil pero seguro que esta muy bien. Y finalmente en la caja también me venia un cupón de descuento para en la próxima compra además de todos lo descuentos que me ofrecen por haberme creado una cuenta y haber hecho un pedido. Recomiendo muchísimo esta marca llamada Casetify!!

I haven’t gotten my package yet and the ‘days in transit’ keeps increasing everyday. Today it’s 10 days, yesterday it was 9, the day before it was 8. Why does it keep going up?

Livraison et protection au top mais si c’est pour payer 80€ et que le design s’enlève au bout de 3 jours c’est même pas la peine, passez votre chemin. J’ai envoyé une demande d’échange de produit pour qu’on me réponde que c’est normal et qu’on ne peut rien y faire. Je suis vraiment plus que déçue car j’étais vraiment ravis du design… au final je me retrouve avec une nouvelle coque qui ressemble à une coque usée de plusieurs années alors que ça fait moins d’une semaine que je l’ai. Grosse blague pour le prix quoi au secours.

The navigation is not too smooth on phone - when I clicked something to add to cart, the page will jump to my shopping cart and there is no button to click to continue shopping. I would need to reload the page back to natvigate other products.
(It issue does not exit when using browser.)
On the payment page, it does not say that AE Card is not accepted so I tried several times but the payment can't go through. Then I have to opt for PayPal to pay with my AE Card.

The Customer experience is good. But the website is a bit too slow.

I went to your new shop in YOHO mall located in yuen long HK several times in the past 1-2weeks, inquiry about the product information, but most of your staffs in blue shirts can't answer some general inquiries, and also with bad, inpolite manner to us, i am wonder if those blue shirts staffs are part time staff or sth？they seems didn't have proper training about your company products and customer service.
And the staffs in red shirts are very very good, professional and polite.

Those bad shopping experience made me feel bad and i rather online shopping than visiting your YOHO shop.

The cases look good, except some products don't show the Black iphone outlook.
