I had a very disappointing experience with Casence after purchasing their 360° MagPro Magnetic Phone Holder. What I received was clearly a used product, with visible scratches and wear marks that strongly indicated prior use, especially on the suction side, which directly affects the product’s core functionality.

I immediately raised a complaint and shared detailed photos and video evidence highlighting the product's condition. Despite this, their response was shocking. I was told that even if the product is used, it is still usable. That is completely unacceptable. I paid for a brand-new product, not something that had already been used by someone else.

I responded by asking how they could justify charging full price for a used item and pointed out concerns about the suction's durability given the visible damage. To me, this logic is equivalent to saying a used smartphone should cost the same as a new one just because it still works.

What made things worse was their final response stating that their team had checked and concluded that the product was not used. This clearly shows that the evidence I provided did not matter at all. It feels like the outcome was decided even before my complaint was reviewed.

This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability. There is no real support once the product is sold.

I would strongly caution other buyers to think twice before purchasing from Casence. No matter how attractive the discounts or freebies may seem, be aware that product quality and customer support are not taken seriously. Once they have made the sale, they appear to take no responsibility, and their support process is nothing short of a joke.

They haven't shipped the product even after 1 week since the order was placed. I don't know how I started receiving their ads on Instagram the day I bought the new device. I requested them to cancel my order but haven't received any response from them. After seeing the reviews here I am pretty sure that I have been scammed. I wish I could have checked the reviews on trustpilot before the purchase.

I fell for the aggressive Instagram ads, but this is hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Do not waste your money here.
​Misleading Quality: The "premium" case I ordered for my phone looks and feels like a ₹50 plastic shell you’d find on a roadside stall. The edges are sharp, the "anti-yellowing" claim is a total lie (it started turning yellow in less than two weeks), and the fit is so tight it actually scratched the frame of my device.
​Deceptive Marketing: The photos on their website and social media are clearly edited or stolen from high-end brands. What you receive looks nothing like the "sleek, glass-like" finish they promise. It’s cheap, flimsy, and offers zero drop protection.
​Non-existent Support: I’ve reached out via email and WhatsApp multiple times to request a return, and I’ve been completely ghosted. They only respond when you’re about to buy; the moment there’s an issue, they disappear.
​Shipping Nightmare: It took forever to arrive, and the tracking information was useless.
​Save your hard-earned money and buy from a reputable brand like Spigen or Ringke instead. This site is just selling overpriced trash. You have been warned!

Not deliver your order just scamming don’t give your money fraud

Their products are of low quality. And their response after sale is even worse.

As the quality was pretty poor, I reached them out for return. And they were pretty response about it. They shared returned address to which I shipped on my expenses as per their recommendation.

But after the return shipment was delivered, they ghosted. They neither refund my money even after multiple follow-up nor responded to my mail or whatapp message.

Never trust such poor brands that steal customers' money and fool them.

Cheap & Fragile
I bought this case expecting decent protection, but it is made of the cheapest plastic I’ve ever felt. It is extremely weak and feels like it will crack at the slightest impact. More importantly, the material is so hard and poorly finished that I’m more worried about the case scratching my phone than the ground doing it. If you care about your device, stay away.The Return Policy is a Joke. ​You have to ship it back yourself (more cost/effort). They charge a ₹99 "handling fee" just to process the return. Stay away from this website as you will get lots of ad on Instagram.

The Casence Anti Yellow MagSafe Clear Case failed within a month—scratches appeared quickly, and a minor drop cracked the case and even damaged my phone screen, despite claims of “built-in drop protection.” When I contacted Casence with full details and evidence, they outright refused replacement and were completely uncooperative. Disappointing product quality and even worse customer support. Would not recommend.

"I ordered a case and tempered glass for an iPhone 15 Pro from a Casence Instagram ad, but received iPhone 15 Pro Max items instead. When I tried to resolve this, the experience went downhill.

They are slow to respond (taking 11+ hours on WhatsApp) and insisted I pay to ship the items back to a Delhi address. I followed their instructions exactly, but my courier has tried to deliver three times and cannot find them. The courier reports the office has shifted and the contact number provided by Casence has 'dialer assist' and cannot be reached.

It seems like this company makes it impossible to actually return items. Do not buy from here unless you are okay with zero customer support and an invalid return process."

I have purchased Anti Yellow Case for IPhone 17 pro , using since past 3 months still likes new , I must say worth it in this price point

Have been using their anti dust case for about 2 months now and the quality is really nice. Plus the free sticky pod is the thing I love the most! Worth recommending since at this price Casence is the only brand that is giving 3 freebies which was a big deal for me when I purchased. Highly recommend!

Products are cheap quality not at all worth it. Products can be with what you’d find from a roadside shop.Only Publishes Postive reviews on website , misleading marketing.

one of the worst purchase i have made for my iPhone 15 pro max poor anti yellow case it hurts my ears while speaking the cut design is that bad and the customer care is pathetic no response for return request i would rate them as scammers
