Before purchasing, I looked for reviews but couldn’t find any, so I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake. If it were possible, I would give zero stars. As others have mentioned, the garments are entirely synthetic and poorly made. When I requested a return and refund, they offered only a 15% refund, or a full refund if I returned the items to their international warehouse. They estimated the return shipping would cost around $70. I asked for the return address to check the actual shipping cost, but they refused to provide it. After several emails, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. Shortly after, Casa Lino offered a full refund if I dropped the claim, but I told them to communicate directly with my bank. Eventually, the bank refunded the full amount to my card. My advice is to first request a refund from Casa Lino to document your attempt to resolve the issue, and then contact your bank if necessary.

Absolute rubbish. The clothes were made of cheap rayon. The sizing was far too big. Return policy atrocious where they tried to bargain me down and then didn’t return any of my money anyway. The embroidery was a poor quality print only. Absolutely no linen.

As other people have noted, the garments are 100% synthetic and poorly made. When I asked to return and receive a refund I was offered a 15% refund, or I could return to their international warehouse for a full refund. They quoted an estimated $70 postage for return. I asked them to provide a return address so I could determine the real cost of return but they refused to provide.
After a few emails back and forth, I contacted my bank and lodged a dispute claim. Casa Lino then offered me a full refund if I would drop the claim. I advised them to communicate with my bank. The bank has now credited my card for the full amount.
My advice to anyone in this situation is to go through the steps of requesting a refund from Casa Lino, so you can prove you have communicated with them. Then go to your bank.

I’ve posted the same information as everyone else back in October 2025.
I made a fraudulent claim with my bank ANZ & have just received 100% credit back on my purchase of $85.
Don’t get angry get even with these scumbags - claim with your bank & don’t engage with the company any further.

Poor quality and one item damaged and it’s a nightmare trying to get a refund or return as their support uses a cheap AI agent so makes no sense.
I wish I’d read these reviews before using them. It also indicates it’s Australian based and clearly not.

it is a scam with poor customer service. I have ordered few items and 3 of them were way under sized. I sent pictures with the actual measurements of the item I received which were not at the size ordered. They would not let me return the articles to them unless with the most expensive mailing option. The only other option was to be reimbursed but not in full as they don't provide reimbursement on items on sale. As all their items are on sale we can't get the full reimbursement. I will never buy from them every again. I wish I had checked the reviews before my purchase.

SCAM! Stay away. Inferior quality dresses made from cheap polyester. I fell for it and am absolutely kicking myself.
Customer service "Emily" is a google images picture business card. No full refund on "discount products" but you are hard pressed to find this information anywhere when purchasing. I got 15% refund which was a joke. The dresses I sent straight to the second hand store.

At 48, I’m honestly tired of clothes that look cute online but make me feel awkward in real life. This one hit different. My daughter even said I looked cool but elegant, which made me laugh but also kinda touched me. I’ve worn it twice already, once to brunch and once just around the house, and every time I catch myself in the mirror, I actually smile.

Didn’t think I’d end up loving this dress as much as I do. The linen just feels real; soft, light, breathable, not that stiff kind that scratches your skin. What I really like is how it feels put together without trying too hard. It’s comfy enough to wear all day but still looks polished. That balance is so hard to find.

Do not fall for this linen product! It is no better than Temu polyester garments and is a scam! Company based in Hong Kong and their products have no tags are cheap quality polyester no linen in any of the fabric - when asking for a refund they don’t respond quickly and then make you jump through hoops to get a 50% refund. DO NOT PURCHASE

I wish I had of read outside reviews - this company is a total scam - DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!! I ordered two "linen" dresses off their site and they sent me a promo code - the dresses arrived and they are NOT as shown on the website. Refusing to give me a refund saying items were "sale" and disregarding the differences in the items received as to what I purchased. Complete fraudulent company

The articles sent were not linen, did not correspond to the size guide, were dishonest in their returns policy (despite over 8 emails I am still awaiting a returns form).

This is not linen , it is not a shop in Australia and it is not worth buying from this company

Don’t buy from these people. Garment nothing like in photos. Frumpy and baggy and horrible. I asked for a refund and told you can have 15% of your money ,OR pay approx $70 to send it back and they MAY refund the amount. I usually check reviews but I didn’t o this one. Stupid me . Total scam and garment very old fashioned and ( that was a Small )

Fake, fake, fake! Linen products advertised but polyester rubbish received. Tried to request a “100% Refund” as advertised on their website but they only offer 15% and state that they may refund after you pay $50-$70 in postage to return their product to them. They state an Atelier in Sydney and Melbourne but are Hong Kong based. I’m lodging a complaint with the ACCC and also taking legal action to recover my money, but doubt I’ll see any of it! Meta needs to become accountable too!

Dress arrived 10 weeks after order. I was back from my trip to Greece by then.
Material is not linen, rather a cheap polyester
Pattern is not embroidered - its a print- poor one at that.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
The marketing is slick, the product is rubbish. Waste of $.

Do not purchase these products. They are not what is shown on the website in fact I would say they are fraudulent in their advertising of the products. They are definitely not linen and I will throw them away and not wear them at all. Very disappointing experience that turns me off buying online at all in the future.
