They lie and cheat there way to getting you to rent , once got in in , twist things for there own Benfits .. after giving notice I received a reply from them , accepting this , via email accepted notice to quit , gave me date when to move out and list of things to do before I leave after a week I recieved another email indicating that as I never signed a rolling contract after the fix year was up ..rolling contract end of the fixed 12 months ,which means I could continue with the tenancy or put my notice in ..which I did so .because of this issue I was told I couldn't end my tenancy for another month ..,made there own rules . Which I had rent and deposit and rent up front for the new property I was moving into ,paid removals . ..prier to putting my notice to quit .I asked to transfer to another house , neigbours smoking weed and from morning afternoon and teatime having BBQs smoke and smell ,I had to close my windows doors plus couldn't put my washing out . They got other males from around corner to cook large pieces of meat .I reported this to casa homes ,they just ignored it ,left me no where to turn too ,,my other neighbour joined onto me ,left extractor on till late at night ,main bedroom could here the noise against my bedroom wall , vibration on my pillows . in the living room too .sound was coming from ceiling ,,drive me mad ,,I hated night times .on edge thinking when they come home from work ..I cannot relax due to the humming noise , vibration on my pillow ..couldn't turn my bed around to other side ,was no where ,just doors ..told them I've got to move cannot cope with another summer .. my anxiety went through the roof .. I asked could I move to another of their properties .. said cannot offer me one as my credit rating .. I thought well 12 months ago my credit rating was the same or better . .but they offered me a detached house but it was too expensive from my rent of £1250 a month to £1500 or £1700 .. I just couldn't afford .. this just didn't sound right , they couldn't offer me another at same price , but can much more expensive.. criminal behaviour.. now I'm being chased for over £2000 pounds when I did what was to be expected giving my notice well in advance , then to change saying I didn't sign the rolling contract . On my 12 month contract indicated after 12 months it becomes a rolling contract . The have to give notice to quit at a month's notice ... I'll happily to go court to prove these people set out to ripp everyone off . .I've got everything in writing from them . Bring it on.........
