Family Run Dealer
Purchased a vehicle from CarVue Peterborough Ali and Adam, this is a family run business, received the car via delivery as I live far away and turned up on agreed date, car had a new MOT and Service, unfortunately the car did develop a fault taking it off the road for awhile, however Ali contributed to the repairs and gave me an extended 7 month warranty for the trouble.

Avoid this Dodgy Dealership
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
I purchased a vehicle from 16th Avenue Vehicle Solutions Centre (now trading as CarVue) in Peterborough, and unfortunately the experience turned into a lengthy and stressful dispute.
After issues arose, I attempted to resolve matters directly with Adam/Alizain but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution and was ignored. I was ultimately forced to pursue legal action through the courts in order to recover the money that was lawfully owed to me.
The process took over a year and required a County Court judgment and enforcement through a Third Party Debt Order before payment was finally made. Finally came to court in Jan 2026 flexing a Rolex and a Gold R but didn’t have money to pay me. This was an exhausting process that could have been avoided had the matter been handled properly in the first place.
I would strongly encourage ANYONE considering purchasing a vehicle from this so called establishment to carry out thorough checks and ensure all representations and agreements are clearly documented before proceeding.
Edited: The guy (Ali/Adam) thinks the judgment was entered in default but guys, if someone doesn’t attend to a court ordered mediation, respond to a Letter Before Action or attend court which are 3 LEGAL WAYS - shows them as a rapidly failing business - they’re coherently do NOT want to cooperate with anything it’s always excuses, excuses and excuses!
Payment was ONLY made after Alizain DID NOT pay me directly, DID NOT cooperate with a CCJ, DID NOT cooperate with High Court Enforcement but only till I put a Third Party Debt Order block on his bank account to release the funds he owed me so definitely no cooperation there.
Also it was apparently a new dealership, but it doesn’t take a genius to find out it wasn’t new since the company has been active since August 2024 so…
Just a note guys as well, the owners of the company open and close businesses each year so be aware, they’ll scan you then shut the business to then open a new one - always check Companies House before you do as this guy is crafty

The original judgment was entered in default due to non-attendance on our part. At the time this claim was being processed, the business was in its very earliest stages and was being run solely by one person — myself. During that same period, I was involved in a serious road traffic accident that left me unable to manage the business effectively for a significant period of time. This directly impacted my ability to attend to the claim and respond as I should have. Payment was made in full in accordance with the court order once the matter was concluded.
I want to be clear that I do not raise this to avoid accountability — the experience should have been handled better and I regret that it was not. However, the circumstances were genuinely exceptional and are not reflective of how CarVue.Co operates today.
Since that period, the business has grown considerably. We now operate with a dedicated team, structured processes, and a significantly higher standard of customer care and vehicle preparation. We supply vehicles to hundreds of satisfied customers a year and remain committed to resolving any concerns directly and fairly.
