Next day delivery and polite service impressed me a lot. Reminds me why I came back for another ink cartridge, and I will again.

It hasn't yet been delivered
It hasn't yet been delivered, so I can't rate the purchase.
It still hasn't been delivered and although the comment says you make things right, I had to manage an excited 12 year olds expectations while the company didn't deliver. After a while we were finally told that things were 'out of stock' and we were refunded. I try to buy local but after this order was cancelled, I used an offshore site which delivered my goods within 48hours and delivered precisely what I wanted at 75% of the cost.

Thanks for your response Kyla and we’re sorry we let you down. Based on your same and the disappointment you experienced from our Canberra store, we made direct changes to our website around in stock and out of stock notifications.
We hope you give us another chance to do right and continue to support local.

Finding ink stock for my old Canon PIXMA 4…
carrying ink stock for my old PIXMA 4 function printer/ scanner/ fax and copier.
It takes an age to make these machines talk to each other and then there is another round of driver changes or Wi-Fi disconnects. Just as well the ink pots are available
