Excellent as usual.
Next day - free- delivery by Royal Mail (Hurrah, a company that sends Royal Mail not Evri.) and easy on-line ordering. This is probably the fourth time I've used these for printer ink and would not bother going anywhere else now. Last year they actually rang me to apologise that the delivery would be one day later - can't remember what the reason was,- but I was gobsmacked that they were concerned enough to even think about ringing me for just one day's delay! Excellent products, excellent customer service (and a little bag of sweeties with every order!!!). If only other companies were this good. You will see from my other reviews that I repeat-purchase from good companies and do not return to the rubbish ones.

I'd much rather make my purchaces at…Shops

I'd much rather make my purchaces at the shops, Where one can actually see and inspect the items before purchace. Alas many shops dont stock goods because people like Amazon have a monopoly.

We are also a shop and we are a bit confused. We checked the records. You ordered at 9.30 at night on the 3rd July. The order was processed the next day on the 4th. You received it on the 5th July.

They sell you ink

It was meant to be next day delivery but the date was missed.

*Edit* after response

Fair enough it was an error on their part, also I just noticed delivery was free so I shouldnt have complained.

2 extra stars, one for their error and one for mine.

Hi Abid. This item was sent the same day you ordered by Royal mail using their 24 hour service, which means next day. Im sure you know they(royal mail) dont always get it right.

Impressed with speed of service, except the delivery note sent the package to number 32 - instead of number 39 on my order and invoice. Hey Ho - good neighbours to the rescue.

excellent service

was a bit sceptical about using a non brand ink cartridge, but why are branded cartridges so expensive?
so glad I found Cartridge Right. Had to insert the new cartridge twice, a bit fiddly but it worked. Saved a lot of money. Received the next day. And I got some sweets!

Pretty poor

Pretty poor. Ordered for next day delivery - had email confirmation that the products had been sent. Five days later enquired where the goods were - no response. Finally got through on the phone and was told the goods were not even in stock. Cancelled order

Hi Douglas. We kept in touch with your company from day one about the item being hard to source and would only come from overseas in around 7-10 days. it kept getting delayed which we apologised for. With the supply shortages in the world we couldnt get this so promptly refunded you. Maybe the initial messages didnt go through to you. Consequntly the item is discontinued now and likley only aftermarket versions will now be available from now on which we do have real time stock on our system . The issue arose when our showed this item in stock when it wasn't which we have now fixed.
