Original inks, excellent delivery 5* company
I always purchase my ink from Cartridge King, apart from the fact their prices are excellent but I know that I am getting original inks. Their delivery is excellent and they always include a recycle envelope so they believe in sustainable issues. Can’t recommend them enough.

Good service
Good service. Just the recycling bags a bit too small to put the 135A cartridges in.

Odpowiedź od Cartridge King Ltd
Thank you for your comment and for your positive feedback on our service.
Just to clarify, the HP 135A is a toner cartridge, which we don’t currently recycle. The bags are specifically sized for ink cartridges, which is why you may have found the bag too small for the 135A.
If you have a larger quantity of recyclable cartridges in the future, you can download a recycling label and attach it, or the recycling bag, to an appropriately sized envelope or box. It will then be returned to us in exactly the same way.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
The cartridges arrived all as promised.

I purchased the Canon PG-575XL and…
I purchased the Canon PG-575XL and CL-576 Black and Tri-colour ink cartridge bundle. I assumed that the colour cartridge was also XL, but it was not. It could only print less than ten pages of one-sided A4 and then ran out.

Odpowiedź od Cartridge King Ltd
Thank you for your feedback. We were disappointed to see your review. As you have acknowledged, you assumed that the colour cartridge was also the XL version. However, the bundle title clearly states that it contains a PG-575XL Black cartridge and a CL-576 Colour cartridge, and this is also clearly detailed in the product description. We therefore feel it is unfair for the review to reflect negatively on us for something that was clearly stated in the listing and resulted from an incorrect assumption.
That said, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the number of pages you were able to print from the colour cartridge. You told us that the prints were for a design graphic project that covered 70% of a page. The stated page yield is based on approximately 5% coverage of an A4 page and it is therefore expected that the cartridge would be used considerably faster. As a gesture of goodwill we offered you a discount on a purchase of future cartridges so you could complete your project and are pleased that we have been able to resolve this for you.
Great service
