We appreciate you reaching out. We’ve looked back through our September records to see what happened here, as we definitely don't want a customer feeling left behind.

Our system shows that your order was actually prepared and dispatched the very next business day. According to the tracking details, the parcel was successfully delivered shortly after. Because we haven't heard from you since the order was placed, we weren't aware there was any issue.

Is it possible the parcel was tucked away somewhere or perhaps confused with another delivery? Doesn’t dry and stays sticky weeks after application

The colour matched well. However no matter what I did the paint stayed sticky and dust would stick to it and get dirty after a couple of weeks. You can’t even sand it because it smears. The paint just doesn’t dry. Applying clear coat over it also doesn’t stop the stickiness.

Thank you for your response. I’m not sure what you mean by “validate the star rating” so I’ll assume it’s your way of deflecting from the actual issue.

I’m genuinely disappointed by the accusatory and dismissive tone of your reply. I did purchase your product, and I’m leaving a review based on my direct experience using it. The transaction on my bank statement is listed as “Car Re Co Pty Ltd Croydon,” which clearly links back to your business.

Rather than addressing the issue I raised you’ve chosen to discredit me That’s not how customer service should be handled. This kind of dismissive and defensive attitude towards honest customer feedback says more about your service than any product ever could.

I stand by my review, and I hope in the future you’ll consider addressing product issues with support rather than defensiveness.
