We had the inflatable pub, dartboard, crazy golf, kids bouncy castle & play centre, easy to order and delivery was great, Romeo & partner (don't know name sorry) were very helpful , good communication, called to give delivery time.

After being let down VERY last minute by another company, I was left waiting for several hours being told the bouncy castle was “on its way”… spoiler alert: it absolutely was NOT! 😂🙄
With two very upset birthday boys and one extremely stressed-out mom, I rang Carsons Castles not really knowing what to expect. Well… what a difference! Within an hour, Barry and Romeo had a bouncy castle up in my garden and saved the boys’ birthday! 🙌🏼
They were both absolutely brilliant — so friendly, professional and even got involved with all the kids. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure the boys had a good time. ❤️
And a massive thank you to Sarah on the phone, who was so reassuring and lovely while I was having a complete mom meltdown! 😂 She really put my mind at ease and made me feel like everything was going to be okay.
Carsons Castles, you went above and beyond and turned what could have been a birthday disaster into a brilliant day. 🎉

WOW!!! This company has so many castles and much more to offer. We hired the princess castle, soft play, marquee and candy floss stall for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. The staff arrived on time and also called when they was 15 minutes away, the set up was very quick and the staff were very friendly. The products were clean and just what I wanted. Thank you, we will be using you again for future parties! 🤩

Great service had no issues have used carsons Castles several times now great selection of castles always arrive with plenty of time to set up they inspect the castle and give it a wipe down before they leave couldn't ask for more really

Had a fantastic experience with Carson’s Castles. They kept me updated before arrival, turned up right on time, and set everything up quickly.
