Order seat covers for my Toyota Tacoma, I got the covers , not what they showed on line video, they do not cover the seat backs 360* the sides are open and you see the old seat covers, trying to get a refund for 2 months, this company is scam customer service is the worse, sent them video like they ask and they are ghosting me now they are a scam BUYER BEWARE

Ordered floor mats for our 2024 Nissan Rogue. They arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag which necessitated them to be "smoothed out"which took a couple of days!. They appeared to be of decent quality and we were excited to see them in the vehicle, however when I attempted to install them, they were much too large and could in no way be made to fit!
The sad part is that when I attempted to contact the company to take advantage of their "great customer service", there was NO RESPONSE! Absolutely nothing! I tried using their chat line as well as submitting an email in an effort to resolve the issue. Nary a reply or even an acknowledgement that they had received any communication from me.
To say we are disappointed would be an understatement, an absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company!
If they read this review, I would love to be able to revise it to say that they saw it, contacted me and made the situation right! Come on Car Silks, step up to the plate and fix this!

Bought a full set of car mats from carsilk. Once received, I say the quality was subpar with clear fitment issues. I politely reached out to support team to request a refund, but they kept stalling via emails ; saying they are processing my request. After several months, they ghosted me. Do not purchase from this company. It's a scam. Products do not fit my car and possibly don't even belong to the car I ordered it for. Trunk mat doesn't fit either. Refused the return of items and refund me my money. They folded all the mats in half and creased the leather. Items were shipped in a garbage bag.

Again do not purchase from this company.

Avoid at all cost!!! Ordered the “luxury” mats for my Lexus and I am very disappointed. Paid best part of £200 for a set of “quality” mats that having now arrived would be poor value at even £30. Absolute rip-off, they are so poor I’ve had to put them straight in the bin. The actual item delivered bears no relation to pictures on the website. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Ordered car seat covers early July. Never received anything. Inquired about order mid-August only to be offered some other covers that were nothing like the ones I bought.
Avoid them!

Warning. If you want custom car mats. I wanted custom mats for my RRS. Do not use Carsilks. They are a complete rip off. What they advertise is perfect fitting car mats. What you get is a disgrace. I would not fit them in a garden shed let alone my car. when I complained about them they just fobbed me off with excuses and will not give me a refund. please spread the word and stop this rip off company. 6th October 2025 They have the balls to reply as if they are concerned. Absolute disgrace. Please Trust pilot sort the reviews out and only accept genuine reviews and people would know the truth regarding companies like this

This company is a scam! I paid a LOT of money for their only advertised high-quality car seat covers. They bait and switched me, sending a completely different product (low quality - low value). When I notified them of the error - they said they had to modify the design for my vehicle - so couldn't use the advertised materials, couldn't use the high quality diamond pattern stitching on that lower quality material, couldn't use the same design/style - nor did it use the same fittings - this was obviously a cheap product made elsewhere that they dont even sell on their website! They are denying a refund or exchange- saying their fine print allows the product to only have 80% similarity to the product ordered - when it had maybe 10% similarity (i.e. had the same two cokours ordered - that's it!). They did NOT honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee, nor their 30 day money back warrantee. I am not unreasonable, and would have gladly given them ANOTHER month to fabricate the proper seat covers - but this is obviously a bait and switch scam. I'll happily share pictures of what I ordered vs what they sent me with anyone who contacts me. After disputing the charge with my credit card company - sending them photos and records of my email exchanges, they agreed with my position and reversed all charges.

Never received my order and when I reached out they said the carrier was "overloaded " What?! As soon as I asked for a refund they ghosted me. Stay away!!

No money back guarantee. After minimal use stitching broke. Initially I thought these might be better quality than others I had previously ordered. Unfortunately I was wrong. Customer service would not resolve the poor workmanship on these mats. CS Just send me one new mat to replace the faulty one. You should look elsewhere if want want a company that stands behind their product. Empty promises

Ordered floor mats on June 14,2025 but immediately changed my mind and cancelled (within 30 minutes) due to poor reviews. Cancellation confirmed but no refund to date. Today I received an email asking if I had "opened the box" yet and wanting a review! So here is the review....stay away from this company. Customer service is non-existent. Filed a dispute with my credit card but may change it to a fraud claim. Buyers beware!

UPDATE: Response from Carsilks posted below is two months too late. I stand by my certainly post....Customer Service is non-existant! Cannot speak to the quality of their product but I can certainly guess given their response to date.

I bought car seat covers from Carsilk based on their promises of a custom fit, breathable material, and a "satisfaction guarantee." What a huge disappointment – these covers suck and don't live up to any of their claims.
First, the fit is absolutely terrible. They didn't match my seats at all, sliding around and looking sloppy. The headrest covers? What even are these things? They were misshapen, ill-fitting, and seemed like they were designed for a completely different vehicle. Installation was a nightmare because nothing aligned properly.
They advertise the covers as breathable, but they're more like dragon's breath – hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable, trapping heat and making every drive miserable. No airflow whatsoever, despite what their site says.
As for customer service, it's non-existent. I reached out multiple times about the issues, citing their satisfaction guarantee, but got zero response. No emails, no calls, nothing. It's like they vanish once they have your money.
Save yourself the hassle and money – steer clear of Carsilk. I wish I'd read the other complaints about poor quality and unresponsive support before buying.

They have scammed my money and sent me a product that don't fit at all.....DO NOT PURCHASE. They also just give you the run around. I am having discussions with diamond company who seem to be ok and have had people happy with diamonds. Every time I ask for y money back, they then stop communicating. I had to go through the bank to get it back. The are liars and cheats. Does anyone know any decent company's. Ones that can't hide from being Canadian
I have tried getting support from there which you always says. And u do not take it as seriously as u make it

Extremely slow shipping and then couldn't complete my order. They emailed saying they could offer alternative product then refund the difference. No offer of full refund mentioned. I will be disputing the charge if they don't refund.

Mine just arrived and been fitted seem a good fit so let see if they they move about when customer gets in. Last set from ultra mats moved about and wore out after 1 yr not long lasting so will these be any better??? £60 cheaper than last ones.

Ordered seat covers, waited five weeks, nothing, chased told me they couldnt make them and offered me mats instead. I said no and asked for a refund, despite 5 further emails nothing. They are a scam - avoid. I have raised the issue with my credit card company. Seriously - avoid these people.

I wanted to let you all know how happy I am with my order. I received the front mats about 3 weeks ago and installed them right away, they look great ! I had to wait a bit for the rear mat because you did not have dimensions and requested I measure and send you the info. I received the rear mat a couple of days ago, it fits perfectly ! Your team created the mat from my drawing and some pictures…Fantastic Job !!

If I can provide a minus start, I will. This company, Car Silk, is a Mickey Mouse company. They are terrible, the service is lousy, they do not reply to emails, and the explanation (sorry we are so busy) do not believe the photos and videos, they are lying and want to sell garbage goods, I am trying to get back my money since last May and till this veru day , they are densing excuses and lies

I wish I could take back the 1 star i gave as rating. Bought floor mats it took a while before i got them and they didn't fit since April 2025 . They asked for videos and boom 💥 no response. I went on FB and IG to warn people of them and boom they reached out saying they would send the back row mats. I disagreed because front mats didn't fit either impeding the foot pedals with video evidence and boom again they ignored me.
Till date no response so my £200 is almost gone. Buyers beware they are not good vendors.

Carsilks advertises as an American Company of which they ARE NOT. It took 5 weeks for me to receive part of my order. When I installed the seat covers the fitment on the seat bottoms is horrible! I contacted Customer support, supplied photos and videos. Their response was that the fitment was perfect. It is obvious that the seat covers I received weren't made for my vehicle. BUYER BEWARE, this company is a SCAM! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. CARSILKS does not respond to requests for replacement of the correct product or credit. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card company for a second time!! I won the first dispute and was credited back my money. Carsilks shipped the balance of my order 9 weeks after it was ordered. I returned the package to Carsilks. They then charged my credit card the full amount again which resulted in the second dispute with my credit card company. This all resulted in Carsilks shipping the wrong product originally and then trying to convince me that they were made for my vehicle which obviously they weren’t. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I can’t stress that enough!
