Places an order for hoodie on 23/11/24 , it was supposed to be my sons Christmas present, order never arrived, now chasing customer service , no phone number to call, I am concerned if I will ever get my money back...all looks like fake! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Like others I am still waiting for a tracksuit ordered for Christmas and never received. I understand issues can arise, but despite querying the status of my order on numerous occasions I’ve had no reply. I’ve got to now assume this is a scam site/company and I’ve raised a dispute via my bank to force a resolution or refund.
I think the ‘company’ target teens keen to get their product, take money and have no intention of fulfilling the orders!!

I ordered from their genuine account in August they have taken my money and to date, I still have no goods or refund. Not even response!!
They hide behind the pretence that there are fake sites but they are just TERRIBLE distributors who are closing down and are trying to cash in as much as possible before they go! PURE SCAMMERS!! I'm currently taking them to court. Save yourself the trouble!

Shocking customer service. I have asked for a return address multiple times and have just been ignored. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Stay away from this company nothing but scammers.

Made an order for next day and not heard anything. not even an email confirmation.
Also sent multiple emails and haven’t heard anything. Nobody picks up the phone.
Will keep you updated. Taken my money. so will need to dispute through my bank now. Really disappointed and I will be making this known through my social media which I have a lot of following!

DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased £240 in the sample sale and the items came faulty and jacket size M was like XL, the size guide was incorrect.

I have emailed them everyday for one week to send me the return address and provide me with a refund and have not heard anything back from them. Their objective for me to go over my 14 days by not replying anything at all.

I am legally entitled to return my order according to trading standards IF I DO NOT FIND IT ACCEPTABLE.

In this case it is faulty and I have instructed my lawyer to take legal action against this company moreover, I have informed trading standards about them. I have big social media influencers I am going to share this with to let everyone know not to purchase or get scammed from here.

Avoid, avoid, avoid - stick to the more honest brands. Horrific customer service - breaking all kinds of consumer rights laws - they did update their website slightly after I told them of this. Ordered a tracksuit, hoody and t shirt based on their returns policy being ok. That was my first mistake…I ordered in November..I was still asking for returns information in January…the illiterate responses to email requests for the return/exchange were unreal. I gave up on the end which was probably their objective. Obviously will never order again - which is a shame as the tracksuit was nice - should really report them to consumer standards but they’ll mess it up enough themselves at this rate….

I’ve ordered from this company a few times & now understand they just can’t deal with the volumes of orders they get, especially when they do a “drop”. They state dates for despatch & miss these dates by weeks. The items do eventually arrive but can take months to arrive. Longest wait for us was almost 3 months.
Our latest experience was totally ridiculous though. I’d ordered a tracksuit for my son in November 2023 at full price but before it had been despatched they dropped the price by 50%. So I contacted them & was told they couldn’t do anything about my existing order and that I’d have to wait for it to arrive and then send it back as a return. So I took the chance and ordered the same tracksuit with 50% off & awaited the arrival of both. The first order arrived in early December & I emailed them about returning the item (there is no refund process or return address on their website & the items arrive without an invoice.) In short, their return process is awful. They ignore messages & state that the items being returned must not have been removed from their original packaging - so if you’ve opened the item to try it on then I don’t think you’ll get anything back. We hadn’t opened any bags as we had no need to. Initially they asked me to confirm that I hadn’t opened the packages, which I provided. After being ignored and chasing them multiple times, I got asked for photographic evidence of the items in their bags. Absolutely no need for this given online trading laws but I provided it. Got ignored again, chased again…. You can see where this is going. I raised a formal written
Complaint & it never got acknowledged. I threatened legal action and it never got acknowledged. They’d come back to me eventually and ask for more photographic evidence, they did this 3 times.
They were clearly thinking I’d eventually give up. They were wrong.
Eventually on 31st January 2024, they provided me with a returns address. I was nervously about sending the item back, thinking they’d have the tracksuit back and my money & I’d get nothing back. I checked the address out on Google Maps & it’s a rented office space in Bow, London. Id post the address here but it I’d imagine it changes quite regularly.
I sent the tracksuit back with guaranteed delivery so they wouldn’t be able to say they didn’t receive it. And thankfully I did get the full refund in the end. But it took almost 3 months.
Awful awful company. Will never use again.

Ordered my son a tracksuit for Xmas, arrived faulty, at first they were helpful even tho I had to instagram message them for a response to my emails. Now they are point blank ignoring my emails instagram messages and calls. I have now had to get legal advice to take them to a small claims court to get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM - THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME TO CAR-SICKO DUE TO ISSUES

Ordered a beanie that was delivered to the COMPLETE wrong address, i checked numerous times that i entered the right address and I did. They have been impossible to get a hold of, they didn't pick up any calls and the email's that they replied to were clearly automated and didn't take into account anything I was saying.

Ordered myself a tracksuit which I was told will be with me in 5/8 days 1.5 month later still have no tracksuit. Emailed them several times and contacted them via social media no reply. I spent £140 and have no clue where my order is and they have resulted in not contacting me back after numerous attempts. Do not buy from here!

My son was desperate for a tracksuit so we ordered one, looked at reviews a few days later and got worried as they wasn't great. Every time I messaged i got a response apologising for the delay. It came after 2 weeks and the quality is really good and he loves it.

I looked at the reviews for carsicko which put me off, but then I looked into the reviews on tiktok suggesting the delivery was just long. So I ordered it on Saturday and the correct size and items arrived on the Wednesday. Might just be luck of the draw, but definitely don’t be put off by these extreme reviews.

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a hoodie for a Xmas present 3-5 Days delivery. Now over 3 weeks and they do not answer emails or telephone. This was for my granddaughter who is going to be very disappointed.

These people are scammers who are targeting teenagers. They take your money and you never hear from them again. The one or two positive reviews (they also use a variety of names) are fake.

Please do not order of these people! They have taken my money and I’ve got nothing for it. I’ve emailed them a few times and messages on their socials but they don’t respond. Absolute scammers

I'd recently moved and forgot to update my address, emailed them straight after making the order as there was no answer on the phone, to be told that they couldn't change it and to redirect it once you receive the tracking number. 5 days later when they dispatch the item, log into the tracking info only to find out there's no way to change the address, now I'm getting no reply from their useless customer service team. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
