We are a niche practice specialising in property and private client work. Carr Richards Solicitors was incorporated on 1 June 2013 following the demerger of Carr Hepburn Solicitors. David Richards set up the new firm to provide legal services to the local community drawing on established contacts from the last 30 years. Carr Richards were recommended to us and we instructed them to be our solicitors for our house purchase. They were utterly amazing, from start to finish. A good experience throughout for conveyancing - I found Paul Stone to be particularly helpful and very responsive. Service not lacking at all considering they were the cheapest of four quotes. Final charge was no more than quoted.

A mostly positive experience
Initially I didn’t have the greatest of experiences with lots of delays and mistruths which resulted in my chain coming close to breaking down.
Fortunately as soon as Paul Stone was assigned to my case he turned it completely around and we were exchanged and completed within a few weeks. Paul kept me constantly updated, answered all my silly questions and really did go the extra mile to push my purchase through; for which I am very grateful.
