Carpow Recenzje

Honestly 10 out of 10 for everything customer service, communication, Maaps made everything so easy for me and explained everything so well and answered all the questions I had. Would highly recommend

Exceptional service on short notice. I needed car finance sorted quickly, and Rachel from CarPow delivered. She answered all of my queries promptly and made the entire process completely stress-free. I am incredibly grateful for her fast communication and efficiency.

Fantastic customer service. Great selection.

Easy as, helpful staff, great results

Mel was great with customer service and super clear and honest about the whole process.

Carpow helped me out going above and beyond for me and my whānau, in a really stressful and challenging situation. Hannah was incredibly patient and kind when she could have just given up. Beyond grateful and humbled by Hannah and her team. Thanks again team.

The customer service was great. However, I've wasted a lot of time and effort on a company that's own system has hamstrung my application. I sent over bank statements, credit reports, work contracts, drivers license details only to be told that because their bank statement reviewing system doesn't work with my bank, that they cannot progress with the application. This was a time sensitive application and through no fault of my own and having been completely transparent, this was a complete and utter waste of time. Word of warning to any TSB customers looking to apply. Approved in 4 hours with Instant Finance.

The communication. Letting me know every step of the process. It was so quick, I wasnt expecting anything to actually be complete for a few weeks at least.
Thank you carpow for making the process easy and, actually you took care of everything.
Sending thanks and acknowledgement to Rachel and Madi. Thank you ladies for all you did for me.

Rachel provided an absolutely exceptional level of service. From the outset, she took ownership of the entire process, organised everything seamlessly and made the experience remarkably quick and effortless. Her communication was excellent, everything happened exactly as it should, and there was never any unnecessary hassle or uncertainty. It’s rare to come across service that is this efficient and well managed. Rachel is a real credit to Carpow and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
