This is a scam. The jewellery is NOT made in the UK. It took ages to arrive. When I queried it I was informed it may be stuck in customs. I live in the UK so no idea where this is "made". Bracelet is very poor quality and should have been £1.99 or in a lucky dip. There's no silver in the earrings so they too will not be used. This company uses different titles too in order to sell the same rubbish. Don't be fooled. Save your money.

Items are marketed as handmade but turned out to be mass-produced and widely available online for a fraction of the price.
Seller first promised to cover return shipping, then changed terms and asked me to return to China at my own expense. After I challenged this, they stopped responding. Luckily, I could dispute this purchase via my credit card provider.
Very misleading and poor customer service. There is no Carol and a small studio.

This company claims to be a British jewelery company but is Chinese based mass produced products. I purchased a ring and after wearing it once the stone fell out and you can see it is a very poor quality product They offered to replace it but I requested a full refund. I then discovered it wasnt a British company when they said that if I wanted a refund I would need to return the ring to China at my expense. I refused to do this as this purchase is covered by the sales of goods act and the company have to pay return postage as well as a full refund. They refused so I contacted my credit card company issued my refund and dealt with the company. Pleased do not be fooled by the very British looking company in the adverts with pictures of "Carol" the designer as im sure she does not exist.
